The features on this compared to the original are night and day. Playing shooting games it makes the hugest difference I've played with this controller for about 120 hours and it's very beneficial to have.

Had to return it twice. Luckily I got the geek squad protection plan. Buttons start to Stick. Left and right stick loosen after a couple months. After a couple months some buttons become unresponsive. I love the concept and paddle placement but the overall quality is very poor. Would not recommend this product unless you purchase the geek squad protection plan. The controller didn’t even last a year.

This is by far the best Xbox controller you can purchase. It's got great build quality with 4 extra mappable buttons to give you that competitive edge in game!

I just picked this controller up. As soon as i got home i plugged it up and began to test it out. But when i was trying to aim in call of duty it didnt work like it should have. The character kept aiming in and out and stuttering. Unfortunately i think i picked a faulty controller. I have a older eilte controller and never had this issue. I bought this new one because the bumper on my older one stopped working. And so did the back buttons. So it was time for a new one.

The controller is cheap - feels like it is made from hollow plastic. The PS5 controller is 100 times better if you are looking for a controller to play PC games.

I have owned 2 Series 2 Elite Controllers. Both stopped working about a year and a half later with light use. In both my cases, the controlllers will just turn off randomly, whether it is plugged in or not. Also, the sticks will bounce back a bit. For example if you push a character in a certain direction, then let go of the stick, the stick will bounce in the other direction, making your character face the wrong way. It is frustrating. You can look up other complaints of shoulder buttons stop working, stick drift, etc. I really want to like these controllers, but they should be MUCH better built for $200. Do Not Buy.

You'd expect an Elite Series 2 to be top-notch. Sadly it's just another over-priced piece of crap that won't even last 6 months. After 5 months of average use I started to notice a consistent forward drift in the left stick, and it's just gotten worse and more prevalent in the month since. So bad I can't play competitive online shooters at all anymore. Terrible waste of money. Wait until Microsoft has ironed out the kinks I guess? Or just don't buy their crap hardware anymore. So disappointing for the money. What sucks the most is otherwise it's a fantastic controller. But drift is an unforgivable deal breaker in what's supposed to be an elite, professional controller. Just saying it's elite clearly doesn't make it so. Save your hard-earned money.

At first it was a little tricky learning the truggers but now i love it

Best controller I've owned. Took a couple tries to get one that was fully functioning but once I got one it was worth it.

This controller is hands down the best ever made and is an Absolute must have BUT be sure to purchase the replacement plan because these controllers have real quality control issues.
