Great controller, love the customizability, but I've gone through several already with either stick drift developing, or, more recently, the left stick broke and would not return to center. Definitely way better than the stock Xbox controller, but hate the downtime of having to return to Microsoft to get fixed. I never purchased extended warranties, but DID end up buying the Best Buy one for this controller because they seem pretty prone to failure.

Great controller, they are just really pricey for what you get

This is by far the best controller you can buy for Xbox. It is so customizable, comes with a built in battery that last supper long and they even included a charging case for the controller.

Great purchase! I love this controller, I’ve owned many Xbox, (one and more than a few) Xbox Series x controllers and this is my favorite. I had the first elite controller years ago and I love how customizable it is and just has great responsiveness to it. The open box was a great buy and great condition. I can’t wait to see if I can find a monitor now!

Bought this as a gift for my partner and he definitely liked. I wasn't to sure at first because it was a bit expensive, but he said that it was definitely worth it.

This is a great controller for those who love shooters. The paddles on the back are a great alternative to buttons and the battery life is amazing.

Love the controller! The grips feel great, the triggers feel nice and it got me to Iridescent on Ranked Play B06. Definitely recommend

For what u paid for (used) it’s great! Unfortunately I was expecting to come in its original box but didn’t, which it’s still ok. It came with everything, the controller was spotless and scratch less too! But, as I expected for a used item, the left trigger had some registering problems on its lowest setting, besides that the rest of the controller works perfectly.

Definitely worth the price. The controller is high quality and you can customize the entire controller from the nobs to what functions the buttons control.

Works great , perfect for gaming with my friends and no wires

I initially fell in love with the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller for its premium feel and the added customization options it brought to my gaming experience. The tactile feedback, adjustable thumbstick tension, and extra buttons were all features that greatly enhanced my gameplay, especially in competitive titles. However, my enthusiasm took a hit when I encountered control drift issues. It became increasingly frustrating as the controller started registering movement on its own, affecting my gameplay significantly. This was unexpected and disappointing, especially given the high price point of the controller. Fortunately, the controller was still under warranty, and Microsoft's customer service came through by providing a replacement. It's worth noting that this issue should ideally not have arisen, considering the premium nature of the controller and the fact that the standard controller works reliably. Despite the hiccup, the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller, when functioning correctly, offers an exceptional gaming experience. Just be aware of the potential control drift issue and ensure you're covered by warranty in case you encounter it.

For quality ergonomics and shape of most people's hands this controller is perfectly fit for first person shooter games or casual

This is by far the best controller I’ve ever had. Excellent for FPS games, especially those with quick reaction time, this controller makes it quicker! The trigger stoppers and grips makes you feel so much more in the moment and definitely makes competitive gaming much more enjoyable. Even if you don’t have an Xbox, this is great for PC gaming as well!

This is one of the best remotes we’ve ever purchased. I would definitely recommend it the warranty on it is excellent.

Really good controller definitely feel premium has a heavy weight to it. Took a bit to get used to the sticks coming from ps5 controller.
