This controller offers everything you need for the Xbox Series X. This is an official Microsoft controller so you don't have to worry about it getting blocked from the console. I have purchased other Xbox Series X controllers and the build quality is quite different. You can feel the weight of this controller and tell it is not a 3rd party plastic knockoff. I highly recommend this controller.

A little pricey but worth it. Bought this for my fiancé when he bought his Playstation.

I've always like Xbox controllers since I have bigger hands so they're more comfortable. And this is no exception. However, I've never had a controller get stick drift so fast. That and it sometimes disconnects while in use. Went and bought an 8 BitDo Ultimate instead and much prefer that.

Great controller with precision gaming. Paddles add an extra layer for game play.

I was not happy with my purchase when upon opening it the paddles were inserted into the controller already which I think messed up one of the buttons that one of the paddles clicks on to use its function! And those paddles are NOT supposed to be already inserted but in the holder in side the case with all the other attachments so now I dont know what I can do to replace it since the store is still closed due to the pandemic going on!!!! I would never buy any thing ever again thru best buy's web site ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the grip! Pause. It could be a little better hince rhe 4/5 but overall great product. Will biy agin.

This controller is the best one ive owned and i got it for about 40$ cheaper than other places at the time. It works great and feels amazing.

No way would I go back to a regular controller after this. Only con is there’s no share button like on the XSX controller for quick screen grabs.

my son had the older version. He absolutely loves this one. Says it works much better and is heavier which gives you more control.

I have had issues before with the elite 2 controllers, but i dont really care about replacing them. It is still the best controller for me

Love it - battery lasts forever! paddles are a bit hard to get used to, I recommend only using 2 at first (in FPS games I do right paddle for jump, left paddle for melee)

Yup. It feels good to use it and the bottom triggers make a difference. I didn't notice much difference between the series 1 and series 2, so I don't know that it's worth paying to replace if you own one already.

Bought an open box that was faulty, but the brand new one is great!

I honestly love everything about this controller with regard to the features and way it changes how I play. However, I am needed to replace the controller again after having button issues and stick drift issues. I always take great care of my tech so these widespread mechanical issues are a damper on an otherwise great controller. Definitely get the Best Buy replacement warranty for this one.
