Not a bad controller. Has some weight and was good condition for a return. Only has one bad back paddle button i just found out when i started using the paddles. No instructions with it but found them online. Will bring it in at some point for the button fix with geek squad when im in the area as its hours away to closest bestbuy. Price for these controllers are ridiculous new thats why i went used with the warranty.

Great controller! I've used it since it came out and has been great. The customization is easy, back paddles are very convenient to use, and the grip makes sure my sweaty hands don't accidentally drop it. My ONLY suggestion is to get the 2 year geek squad coverage on it. You won't regret it. I had some bad stick drift and a bumper not register all the time when clicked. Like all things you use often, they'll get some wear on it. Best buy makes it easy with the coverage.

one of the nicest controllers the comfort is awesome and i love the adjustable triggers and you don't even need battery's its rechargeable

Controller is extremely nice. Build quality is great, it is extremely responsive and offers an extreme level of customization. You can add back buttons for increased ease of use, but you can also remap every other button, and save the layouts into three different presets. It is expensive, but would be great to look into if you find yourself wanting more from your gaming experience. Caution to those who are buying “open-box.” Mine was considered “Excellent” but was heavily worn and smelled funny; it was returned promptly

I had the original Series 2 but I wanted the White one since it’s announcement. They also announced that the elite Series is apart of the design lab on Xbox website so you can customize the way you’d like. Like advertised, it doesn’t come with the extra accessories like the original but if you don’t use them or had paddles and thumb sticks from previous ownership, you’re set. Update the controller once you pair it and you’ll be able to change the color of the Xbox logo.

This control is solid in so many ways. Great accessories, feels great in hand which we come to expect from x box. But the "pro" functions set this above its peers and make it worth the money. Triggers are smooth and quick for fps but still reaponsinsive for driving games. The ability to tighten thumbstick tension is a gamechanger. The back paddles are comfy and let you keep thumbs on sticks so you get to play better. All in all id buy this again 100/10 times

Great controller. It is expensive but worth the money.

I love this controller! Yes it is expensive. But it is heavy and sturdy. Almost everything can be replaced (like the thumb sticks). Battery life is amazing too. I can play Cyberpunk all day and it doesn’t lose power. I love this bad boy and gave it a nickname. Lol. JK.

Best solid controller. Very well made and it’s really good product. The paddles are not plastic but solid some sort of metal. The controller is little heavier side but feels good to hold. It feels you paid for a good product and not just plastic.

Good quality and comfortable. Feels solid even with control sticks that are customizable. I like that you can charge the controller while it is in the included carry case.

Controller is very nice and well made. You can program it to do whatever you want. It’s solid and a nice weight. My favorite feature is that it charges when you put it back in the case, no plugging it in. I use this controller exclusively now.

Absolutely love this controller. So much to customize, great weight and feel. With any high valued device, handle with care (obviously).

Good control for the price live the grip on the controller

It’s a decent controller: had good weight, feels better than original. Experience a little stick drift right from new but I’m a casual gamer so it is what it is..

Love the feel of this controller. The rubbery grips give a better tactile feel. Slightly heavier, but not so much it feels uncomfortable. Haven’t played with adjustments just yet but the options of swapping out buttons is a definite plus.

Works great, feels good, I really like adjustable tension for the thumbsticks it keeps that fresh controller feel. Really wish this color scheme came with the paddles though.

So far so good. My last one lasted about 2 years before the right bumper started not responding. Hoping this one will ladt longer.

Really nice. My son loves it for the games he plays. Fortnight is good with it because of the paddles he can build immediately without backing out and the other games work real well with it. The paddles are very convenient. Pricy though.

Wouldn’t use another controller! Highly recommend to any Xbox players
