Love this controller. Feels great. Looks great. Customizable. Wish it came with at least 2 paddles. All in all great controller.

Works well! Wish the thumbsticks held in better as one fell out and got lost during travel.

I have had the series 1 since it released years ago. For the price and time it felt like a good upgrade over standard controllers. I still have it but have since passed it down to my kids because the Series 2 is better. The build quality is better; the sticks are not as loose; the buttons are better and there are now 3 settings for the trigger pull. I appreciate the built in battery. The case also doubles as a charger so you can just set the remote in it and walk away. What I noticed immediately are less aggressive paddles compared to Series 1. The original paddles hung out too far for me and my fingers would bump them all the time. My only issue I have so far is connecting it via Bluetooth to my PC. I was able to finally get it linked, but it took too long and I have little faith regarding input lag. I have opted to use it wired to my PC.

This controller works like it is supposed to. Great looking controller with many options. Like the ability to set up between platforms.

Amazing controller. Gives gaming a whole new appearance. The specs and grip and everything u could want for a controller this has it!!

The Xbox Elite Series 2 controller is the Xbox one controller at it's best. The weight and feel of the controller is superior to the default Xbox One controller. Can't go back after using this

I absolutely love the Microsoft elite series controllers. I have a black one that I use. Also, this white one looks even better. It doesn’t come with the battery or the case but you really don’t need it. I love the way the stick works and it comes with all of the buttons and switches to the other one for the price you cannot go wrong with this I absolutely love the way it feels in your hand. The grip is nice the white does get dirty a little easy but it’s still looks great.

Excellent device, worth the upgrade for the price.

Controller is good compared to the regular Xbox controllers, however after 10 months the right bumper started to give out, luckily I had the geek squad replacement plan, so I got a new one. Hopefully the new one will last a bit longer

I had the elite v1 for a little over a year before moving to the v2. Overall, the v2 is a much higher quality controller than the v1 with only one downside when compared to the v1. The v1 used a membrane style for its button mechanisms in both the joysticks and the paddles, however the v2 uses more of a clicky button style mechanism. In the v1 the signal pulses consistently, however, in the v2, sometimes the signal stops pulsing which requires me to then reset the button by pressing it again, this behavior never happened to me when i uses the v1. That said, the membrane style in the v1 controller wore out very quickly. The v2 mechanism still feels brand new even though I’ve been playing with it daily since it was released. Finally, if i had to choose between the v1 and v2, given my post above i would still pick the v2 because of the build quality and durability.

An excellent product from Xbox. I went in a little later to search for a new controller and found this one. When I went to checkout, it seemed as though my presence upset one of the employees, due to having one last customer for the night. There was no obvious signs of disrespect, just something I picked up while being there. Anyway, great product, great quality and I'm hoping it'll last for years to come.

Excellent quality, remapping buttons are super easy with the Xbox Accessories app. Ultra high quality materials, buttons, and paddles. Rechargeable battery is long lasting. Price is pretty steep, but 100% worth it if you are serious about gaming
