Definitely packaged awesome! The controller itself is heavier than standard ones which is good. Controller has so many options you can change that it’s slightly overwhelming but once you understand everything it’s one of the best! Love mine!

First, I really like the feel and functionality of this controller. It has great adjustments, but is not durable at all. Ive only used it for a few weeks and it already has stick drift. Quite a letdown.

I was pleased with the first generation Controller. The improvements to the trigger locks are fantastic. The control sticks seem more responsive and have adjustable tensioners. I haven’t figured out the shift function in the app yet, but from a cursory inspection it appears there is a greater degree of customization options with the buttons. The docking station is the greatest improve,ent, no more breaking the USB input.

These are good for what they are. The controller itself is a bit heavy. The sticks have very bad stick drift after just a few months.

My new controller works great, easy to set up and use right away.

A great controller overall, got it for my series x. Love the hair trigger and customization features. Expensive but truly feels like a premium controller. Only downsides are that Microsoft will likely introduce a series 3 soon that incorporates haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, and the share button that is currently on series x controllers in order to compete with the incredible dual sense.

Way better than standard controller. Couldn't live without my paddles.

From the look to the field this is the whole package. It’s got the right weight the right balance and being able to adjust the tension on the triggers and the thums is awesome. I like that they came out with the white one however I would be great if there were more colors and patterns.

Pretty good features as back pads, configurations for the triggers and analog sticks! All for the best price!

Honestly so far every elite controller I’ve bought from other places comes with an issue but I bought this one from Best Buy and thank the lord it came in perfect condition and so far has given me not a single issue.

This controller is my favorite one. It makes competitive gaming easy.

Worth the money—this is my second one in 6 years so even though it is double the price of the regular controller, it lasts way longer

Good controller just mad first one I got had stick drift and trigger problem

Great controller however I have had to repair it myself a couple of times due to dust build up on certain buttons but very straight forward the customization of it is unbeatable.

You can tell the quality is way better than normal controller. Awesome worth every penny.

Definetly the best controller out on the market however this is the 2nd controller i bought and i decided to get the protection plan on this one and once it broke best buy was not able to send me a new one... i jusy wastee my money on a payment plan i wasnt able to use?

Much higher quality with customization. Feels better than stock controller by far.

I’m a dual shock remote player and surprisingly this remote is high quality and feels very good in the hands. Don’t think I will be going back to dual shock after playing with this remote. Buttons feel great and feels amazing in the hands.
