Nothing wrong with open box especially with Best Buys ratings of the pre-owned products. Customer get something they want at a cheaper price than retail. If it’s not to your liking they will still let you return the item.

I love the fact that so many of the parts are modular and can be swapped out or removed. The controller is very well balanced and feels very comfortable during long play sessions. The charging dock and case are excellent as well. It's expensive but definitely worth the price.

It’s a Great controller but…

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s amazing been using it for a couple of days and i love it, but if you are a casual gamer honestly I would say dont get it, I play casually maybe three times a week, and even thought it feels nice in hand, it doesn’t really do much of a difference than my regular xbox controller,.

This is my third one. Sadly its the best controller out there, but will break over time no matter what. Horrible stick drift is known and buttons getting stuck.

Since then this controller has been absolutely amazing! I’ve been able to keep up in all the latest games and compete against others well. Would most definitely recommend!

Great way to bring up game

I have two of the three settings saved through the xbox app for Apex, Battlefield, and another that I’ll find a use for eventually. The battery lasts a long time on a single charge but it also takes a very long time to charge too. So keep that in mind. It is expensive, but I think it’s worth it so far.
