Great holiday present for your Xbox gamer.

Having this in combination with the Geek Squad protection is 10x better than having a Scuff controller. Cable (USB-C) given with controller is about a 6 feet long. Doesn’t always connect directly with system when attempting to turn on the console from controller. To fix just connect the cable to the console and syncs. Minor flaw but also didn’t attempt to update firmware on controller to see if it remedied the issues.

If you're still experiencing an issue with the connection to your Xbox, we do recommend (you guessed it!) updating the firmware on your controller and making sure that your Xbox also has the latest service update installed.
