Controller feels great when it works but the elite controller is poor quality for the price stick drift is ridiculous. I would definitely recommend geek squad protection don’t waste your time with sending it back to Microsoft to get fixed. I’ve had gone through 4 elite controllers all stick drift issues. Buy open box it’s cheaper & better deal

Although we had to return this (button input was lagging on the PC), it feels very good in hand. We also have an PS5 elite controller and using this one in comparison, it's a little heavier but still has amazing grip and the satisfying buttons. Connecting to PC via cord or Bluetooth was easy.

It's a great design, but for the price it should've lasted way longer. With simple use, nothing out of the ordinary, it lasted for about a year. The rubber sides started peeling away and it also began having stick drift. I wouldn't recommend spending this much on a controller that won't give you much in return.

I got this controller for use specifically with my PC, but as it has differential profiles available (three to exact) I was also able to pair it with my Xbox. Great controller and I’m so impressed with the quality.I felt as though it was very well constructed. This makes two elite 2 controllers I have…too bad it won’t pair to my PS5

I bought one of these because the last several regular controllers i bought have all had issues with either the a button or the right trigger. I thought for the extra money it had to be better. Well, not really. If your not going to use the extra mappable paddle buttons on the back I don't really think this controller is a worthwhile upgrade.

This controller is much better than the original Xbox controllers. It’s heavier, has grips for your palms and much quicker analog stick movement.

Definitely not an overall improvement from the first generation. Battery life is better, more mapping options, but past that, the buttons feel flimsier than ever, the buttons and bumpers will start to stick no matter how well you take care of it, and they decided to make the removable parts not interchangeable between the generations, just as a power move, don't see any benefit to that

Great controller with excellent features. Only problem, is the issues these controllers tend to develop. Personally, I have gone through at least half a dozen of these controllers since they debuted. Stick drift is a gaurentee. Pretty smooth out of the box, but eventually, they'll break in and its not pretty. Bumpers usually are the next to fail. Haven't had issues with the series 2, as far as rubber grips peeling off. Microsoft has been aware of these issues for quite some time. Doesn't seem like they care, even with the looming class-action lawsuit over these contollers. For the price point, I wouldn't say these are worth it. Only reason i bought another one over the Turtle Beach Stealth, is the elite can still accomadate for the M80 mixamp for Astro A40's. For a little extra $, get something with Hall-effect sticks. They dont break as easy.

This has been the best controller I’ve ever purchased. The build quality is outstanding. Very sturdy and has a nice weight to it. The built in battery makes it so much easier than traditional controllers. The rear-facing “fully mappable” toggles can really give you a competitive edge in multiplayer gaming. Works perfectly on both my Xbox and PC. Can be a little difficult for some to get used to the rear toggles and while they are removable it’s so worth it to get used to. They built this model perfectly!
