Good quality control, doesn’t come with back paddles, no big deal here but if looking for a true elite control not this in.

Love everything about this controller, do wish could have more controller over program two or three commands to one trigger or quick access to start a recording, but no complaints I love the feel and weight so much I unfortunately hate playing with a regular controller.

I specifically bought this controller to play Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 on my pc and I love it . The built quality is there and feels great on your hands . It comes with a multitude of customization . Would definitely recommend to anyone with the budget.

The unit I purchased was an open box. It performs perfectly. Very solid unit with great battery life. Would definitely buy again.

It is a great controller for going pro or other (etc) but my only issue was the bumpers stop working and need to have pressure applied to them

Heavy duty, way better than the normal controller. Feels a lot more premium, should come with every xbox. A little expensive though.

Love this new controller. Much more responsive. A little bit heavier than the normal one that comes with the Xbox, but feels to be much better quality.

I was able to pickup an open box item. Like new with all the extra part. The ability to customize different functions makes the extra cost worth it.

I love this controller, very sleek and well designed. Great paddles, it also comes with extras and the charger is build into the case! I like that a lot. The case is also very durable. I recommend this over scuff a million times better !

Solid and dependable controller that stays charged for a VM long time.

I always hated how some games have sprint on L3 and some games have crouch on L3. Very quality.

So much better than series 1. Little disappointed that there’s not two extra long joysticks as I use those on the series one. Overall feel is greatly improved grips are great the battery life is phenomenal and be able to charge it right in the case is even better.

This is the best controller I have ever used. I already had one before purchasing this one, this one is a gift for my nephew. The only thing that I can say is that the price might not be in everyone’s price range but if you can afford it I would highly recommend it.

Completely customizable controller that has a solid feel in your hands. It looks amazing and performs flawlessly. Once customized to your liking, the game play becomes so much easier. It has taken my enjoyment of my Xbox One X to a whole different level. I highly recommend this controller.

I love the different attachments it provides me it’s very convenient to use
