good controller with nice weight to it but unfortunately microsoft makes it using cheap lego material. ive had to return this thing like 5 times and now the warranty has expired and i dont want to buy another. bumpers go out first and fast and grips peel bad after a while. getting beat down in games because left and right bumpers dont work.

I had my doubts with this controller seeing how many people had an issue with the previous model. Everything has held up well. I would give it a 5 star if it wasn't for having to adjust everything from a memu. Compared to other cheaper controllers that you can program the padels on the fly... mid game.

Bad a** controller ! The paddles take some getting used to and the customization is crazy . The only downside though is that buttons do sometimes take some force to work, can’t lightly tap it or it might not register other than that great controller

For the most part has worked exceptionally well since it was purchased. As of right now, a couple of the buttons are getting sticky like something is in them, but I've been careful about keeping it clean so I'm not sure why. Other than that, it's been a great purchase and would recommend / buy another if I need it to.

Great controller, the grips are amazing and the the buttons are very smooth. It’s a rechargeable controller, all you have to do it out it in the case when you’re done and it will be ready for next time you play. Have not had any issues with it but so far, it’s definitely worth it.

So glad I bought this so much better then the basic controller.

So far the best premium controller i have, lets see how it fares for a few months

This controller is great for playing xbox in a competitive way! My first series 2 had a few issues with bumpers, but now I have this one and it’s working great. I definitely suggest the geek squad protection to help with any shortages or stickiness to the buttons.

The controller is great! However, I mainly enjoy the weighted part of it. Controller gets ridiculous stickdrift after just a few uses.

This controller replaced a white one we had that broke. My son still uses this controller every time he plays his game. I don't know too much about gaming but my son speaks highly of this controller. BUY THE WARRANTY!

Its a really good controller but it wont let you mal the buttons theyre preset to the ABXY of the actual controller. I wanted one that could map out whatever button i wanted. But everything else abt it is great

If you want a better controller than the already good Xbox controller, this is it. Any tech site you search will say the same thing. The biggest pros are 1. Thumbstick and paddles customization 2. Battery back up 3. Wireless charging 4. In built battery 5. Save 3 profiles The cons are 1. The price. This is too overpriced. Like, too much. I bought this in sale and still think it's pricey. Sucks. I don't have bottomless wallets. Maybe I am just whining. 2. Despite having apparently excellent build quality, durability still seems to be an issue as reported by various outlets. Please don't take my word for it. Do your research. 3. Wireless connection stutters when battery drops below 30%. This is jarring and makes me switch controllers while I charge this.

When i saw this controller available AND discounted i did not hesitate. Several people have told me what a great peripheral this is and they weren't lying. Superb build quality, extra buttons, customization, rechargeable, beautiful, comfortable and precise!

Second elite series 2 controller. Love the weight and feel. Love the customizations.

Mid grade but at least it's first party. Sad that this is the best they can do. No screenshot button, terrible build quality or consistency, in had to buy 3 before I got one with both working bumpers and A button. Premium feel but way too heavy, plus too small for my man hands. Overall i wish it were better but I will use it, especially for the under side paddles. At this point I can't game without them.

This controller is an excellent controller, and was very long lasting!

It is an excellent control for Xbox or PC but it is very expensive. Recommend adding insurance or some type of protection plan. It's better than the old model. It's easy and friendly on the hands, especially when playing for a long period of time.

For the price it was well worth it. Would have gave a 5 but this is my second replacement in a year.
