The controller was on back order so I was super excited when it became available(covid and what not). Overall the controller has unmatchable customization, but like other reviews say it has its problems... the A and B button don’t Respond 1 in 10 presses.. which isn’t that big of a deal since you can use the paddles... that’s all cool until the paddles do the same. I love this controller. I swapped from years of playing claw on a regular x-box controller. All I can say is buy it from Best Buy and get the geek squad 2 year protection. Geek squad has no questions asked and you get a new one. This controller is plagued with problems.... so use Best Buy

Most premium controller I've ever held, however, I'm starting to notice some drift which is not good for a 2 month old controller worth nearly $200...

The color is nice and the matt black bottons are everything. Loves how comfortable it is in your hand and light.

I love the controller for it's functionality. I just feel like for the price point, you shouldn't experience any problems with it. But that could be on me from dropping it a few times, whoops. Luckily I got the extended warranty which I highly recommend getting too.

Overall a good controller. Bumpers and buttons are less responsive than a regular one. Definitely need to be upgraded, especially for the price you pay. Paddles are great, way better than the Scuff controller.

Is really good controller for competitive gaming but unfortunately the sticks do get stick drift after daily use. It will give about 4 months before you need another controller. But because extended warranty that kind solve the issue if you have the extra money to afford it.

A great controller which I purchased for when I was able to get a Series X. Have one now and the controller feels good in your hands. A hefty price tag but worth it and the battery life is definitely a selling point. If you can make sure you insure it

I love the feel of the controller. What stops it from being great is the delay in the A button. It's still the best Xbox controller out there.

Good control with Xbox and works seamlessly with pc. Feels a little clunky compared to the standard control but then again that is the trade off to have such customizable and swappable components.

I love how the controller feels in my hands and the ability to adjust my buttons to my needs. Cant play without it

This is my second elite 2 controller. The first one just quit working. Hit the xbox button and nothing..I had it about 7ish months. I always buy from Bestbuy and it cost me 40 to get this second one. When you buy their insurance and replace an item, you pay for the insurance on the product. Needless to say this one gas been going good for a little over a month. I love having the paddles on the back. I set them up so I don't have to push buttons. Also really like having the ability to make the right and left triggers have a shorter squeeze. Some games I like a longer squeeze and others short. Overall I would definitely give the controller a 5 star, however the first one has me gun shy. 4 star is it this go round. Definitely recommend, and recommend Bestbuy insurance.

Awesome controller. We have 2 Xboxes so we will need a second. I like the customization of the joy sticks and the short pull triggers are a must for me. Also paddles have been a must for a long time.

The smaller size fits my hands better. The programmable keys are sweet.

Hard to go back after using this controller, best feel out of any i have tried and the customizable options are great.

Love the button mapping ease. Ergonomics and color variety.
