I bought this for my husband and i made sure i bought the product protection for it since my husband does play and uses it alot. He enjoys it. However with all the usage the buttons were not working properly anymore . We went to best buy and were able to get a replacement free of charge because we had the protection on it.

Exactly what I was looking for, I have 3 elite controllers now, first one my nephew broke and my second I use for my series X, got this one for my all white PC, LOVE IT

I use to own the original Ellie and loved it. Took awhile too but the Ellie 2 but immensely enjoyed using it like I did with the original. And with the accessories kit makes it hands down my favorite controller

This controller is a great replacement controller unfortunately, my dog as a puppy decided it was a good toy. I've been very happy with the quality and the cost was reasonable.

I have 2 of these and like them better than the standard xbox controller. Like the rubber grip and the ability to add the flipper buttons. Allows for some customization and just feels good in your hands.

I upgraded my Elite Series 1 and have no regrets so far. The controller feels very good and high quality. The 3 levels for the trigger buttons is a must have for any first person shooter gamers. Only concern is how the handle grips will hold up since the Series 1 had serious issues with them peeling. A bit pricey but if you're a serious gamer or game a lot this controller is worth it.

Microsoft has done a great job on the 2nd gen elite controller. My only problem with the 1st gen were the grips and they've completely rehauled them here. They don't feel as tacky at first touch but once I start to play I actually much prefer the grip on the 2nd gen controller. Overall the controller feels much more solid. A little more compact grip which has proven much more comfortable over the last month.

The build quality is solid and the ability to adjust thumbstick tension and re-map buttons is a game-changer. The wireless connectivity is reliable and the battery life is impressive. Overall, it's a must-have for serious Xbox gamers.

Great controller just need to buy the other attachments if you really need that if not this one is just as good as the basic black color!

Solid and great customizations. It lets you adjust so many pieces and especially for racing games and throttle control.

The one I had previously only lasted a year and a half which, of course, is outside of warranty. I'm hoping this one does better because I like how solid it is and the case it comes with. It also seems to have a better connection with my xbox than other controllers.

The texture grip is comfortable and the customization through the pc and xbox apps are where this controller really becomes pro. Paired with Scuff rear triggers this is great all around.

I’d give it a 5 if I hadn’t had to replace it 3 times. These controllers are prone to random buttons failing. Get geek squad warranty. When it’s working it’s a… game changer (I’ll see myself out).

Open box $91.00. Nothing wrong with open box especially with Best Buys ratings of the pre-owned products. Customer get something they want at a cheaper price than retail. If it’s not to your liking they will still let you return the item.

Great set of sticks and remapping is awesome. Have had a few of the elites over the years and the only downside is one of the bumpers is almost guaranteed to start going around the 15+ months mark.

Very expensive controller but huge improvement over the base controller. I love mapping buttons to the bottom but really only keep one paddle on the controller to keep it daily useable. Stick feel is great charges easily and with the charger built into the case it’s easy to put it up at night and have a fully charged controller when I’m ready to use it.

Great controller. Must have for fps type games. It will improve your game play.
