Best gaming controller I ever used, I love it I honestly feel like it has improved my skills in gaming.

This is the 2nd Elite controller I got within 6 months and the joysticks are sticking again to the point you can't play. For the price, this is a complete joke. It's not a BestBuy issue, but a manufacturing issue. I don't like that I had to pay for a warranty twice ($120) to make sure I can replace again. At this point, I don't want another controller, I just want my money back. Not worth it, look at something else.

Product works good for gaming, the bluetooth is a bit iffy at times though

I would give this controller 5 stars because when it works, it's phenomenal. It feels great, the sticks are solid, the quality of the materials is fantastic. HOWEVER, I swapped mine out three times because the "A" button doesn't register half the time. You have to press it a very precise way, directly center, for it to register, otherwise, nada. Playing games where you quickly need to jump like The Messenger are impossible to play on this. I don't know what the deal is but I've seen this problem with the "A" button all over the internet. I cannot recommend this as something THIS expensive should not have such a widespread and fundamental problem.

After owning and using the original model quite a bit the update to the original Elite model is outstanding. Even down to the quality of the home button with the more tactile click shows the patience and enhancements in design.

Rated 5 stars even though personally I didn’t like it. Great quality product, I really liked how you could adjust the triggers to 3 different setting. I bought because I thought I’d like the extra 4 programmable buttons on the back of the controller (that way you don’t have to take your thumbs off the joysticks to use certain buttons. For me it was just too much to get used to, playing Xbox for 15 years without extra buttons, then trying to get used to them was tricky for me.

My husband is hard on controllers. This controller lasts for a long time! It’s the 2nd one we have bought but the first one lasted 3 years and a normal controller that comes with the Xbox lasts him about 6-8 months. He loves the buttons and being able to personalize it to what he wants

Got this controller on a sale and have not been disappointed. However be wary that these and most other controllers do get the joystick drift at some point.

Great controller , I play warzone much faster because of it and the only down side I found was it Gets stuck drift very easily

Out of the "High end" controllers, this one ranks best for functionality and ease of use. The extra bits for the button re-mapping and trigger stops, along with the joystick tensioner make a difference in game

If you want to take your game to the next level, this controller is an absolute must! The configurable buttons, paddles, triggers, and sticks allow you to take over the competition on any game you play. The battery lasts for days of play and it doesn’t lose sync with your console.

I’ve never bought an upgraded controller I loved the Elite 2 and bought 2 of them as well. Love them as you can tweak the controller and its easy 2 do as well so don’t freak out buy it try it love it….

When I got this for my birthday I was really excited and after using it for a while I have gotten better at games. 5 stars
