People use them for months then bring them back. Look at the buttons and other rubber parts you can se how used they are . Best Buy is misleading. Open box controllers don’t leave the store and havnt been played with games . But a new 1 they are awesome.

Amazing controller brought low by flaw

Comes with a charging dock and the ability to switch between Bluetooth for PC and then back to Xbox. Only gets 2 stars as the left bumper stopped working within about a week of purchase. Seems to be a common problem with this controller.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this controller on the day it came out and since then it has been holding up very well, I love the battery life much better than last year dont have to charge as often, the remapping of the buttons and creating profile for certain games has made me a much more aggressive and faster gamer.

It matches my xbox and helps me get the best shot while playing my games. I would buy this again. I have been wanting a white xbox controller and this is it.
