This controller is simply the best controller I've ever used period. The build quality is excellent and it feels amazing in my hands. You can customize to many features on the controller and get it to your liking/comfort. 10/10 recommend

The feeling of this controller is amazing!!! I got it for my husband and he can not keep it out his hands. But, when I get a hold of it, I do enjoy playing game for a bit longer than usually, thanks to this controller.

AMAZING CONTROLLER. Best controller I’ve ever had my hands on. But after 3 months of use, I’m starting to experience the dreadful drifting and also the little nob you click on the back of the controller has this soft material on it and that broke off without me ever even using that nob. Definitely not cool when I mainly play FPS games. If it wasn’t for the drift and nob material breaking off this is the best controller ever made. But for a controller that is $200 it shouldn’t have any of these issues to be very honest with you.

I just upgraded my son's controller from the series one to the series two and I must say we have had no complaints. Best buy always has the best prices and you can't beat the geek squad warranty. Thank you Best Buy!

Xbox made a big step up from the 1st gen elite controllers with this version.

I bought an Xbox Series X system. Really love it but the controller seemed a bit weak. The buttons were loose, the joysticks were not real tight, and no texture to the body. A friend recommended I buy the Elite Series 2. Oh my gosh!!! The buttons are way better, the joysticks can be tightened or loosened, great texture with no slippage, and extra buttons on the backs. Everything can be programmed and you can setup three different profiles. And I got it on sale!!!!

Red is my favorite color, When this was on sale I had to buy it. I'm glad they make these without all the other accessories and cheaper because I already had a broken controller and didn't need all the extras!
