The right bumper broke after two months. I had a 2 year BBY warranty. The controller is sold out at the store and online. So I left best buy with a broken controller and no replacement. They would not give me my money back. I called Microsoft for their warranty. They transfered me all around an I never got to the right department. I have to schedule a visit with Microsoft and drive to one of their stores if I want anny assistance. This is my 5th Elite controller that has broken. I switched from Sony to Microsoft because of Halo. I am getting the ps5 this year not the xbox series x or whatever in 2020. I have a photo of 3 of the 5 broken controllers surrounded by working controllers attached.

Love this controller and the xbox accessories app have had zero issues with it so far!

Wonderful controller! The ability to customize it is why I bought it. The 40 hour battery life is no joke either!!

I will only buy my controllers from Best Buy utilizing the Geek Squad 2-year warranty, because they will not last that long anyways. This is my third Elite Controller. The others failed due to irreversible stick-drift. For such an uber expensive item, I wish they would address critical failures like stick-drift and button sticking. If not for that, I’d give it 5 stars.

I have used the elite2 since it came out. This new version without all the accessories included is such a great option for someone like me who wears through about every 2 years. Not important, but it’s my favorite color and that’s always a plus!

Very good controller. Has a good grip. Patals work great. The modes you can set for the controller work very good so i can setup which buttons i wanna set for it.

Used these for years abd love them! Just make aure you track the warranty for any stick drift!

This controller has changed my game up. Super smooth controls, the paddles are awesome addition.

Very easy to use! The feel of this is heavier but it actually is a good heavy in your hands. You can customize buttons for your 3 favorite games.

With this control in your hands you will be playing like a pro in no time. The quick response of the adjustable trigger locks allows for faster response time. Fully customizable button mapping with the use of paddles also allows for quicker and easier access to pull off those difficult combos. Definitely the controller on the market.

Great controller. Feels weighty and solid. Bumpers seem more solid and so does everything else. I appreciate the ability to use Alt buttons and love the new stick sensitivity

Just replaced my xbox elite 2 after about 3 years, and since having one, i only needed the core. Once having and elite its hard to go back. However they are fragile. First one is almost unusable now from 1 bad drop
