Did alittle research is very common and microsoft want you to send it in. Im going to return to best buy and try another before I give up. I do like the feel and functions just cant have a button not work

This version 2 has a ton of things improved on it that are much needed. The internal battery is honestly a downgrade for longevity for when it goes bad you'll have to tear it down to replace it. I'd prefer the AA's all day for longevity. otherwise amazing controller.

Gave it 3-Stars because it had stick drift fresh out of the box. Thats a Microsoft thing though, not a Best Buy issue. Maybe consider a Scuff instead?

First off, the controller does not stay connected via Bluetooth. It disconnects frequently. I don't have this problem with any other Bluetooth device including other controllers. I have a dedicated BT module and antenna. Second, the controller I received has the annoyingly unresponsive 'A' button. If you hit the button from the wrong angle it just does not work. So even if I wanted to connect the controller via the cable(I don't) it still wouldn't be a good device. Both of these problems are known issues but I thought they might have been fixed with this revision of the controller. Sadly that isn't the case. I'll be returning this. - Windows 10 latest version - Controller firmware updated - Don't have problems with any other Bluetooth devices(including controllers)
