There is an app in the microsoft/windows store app that lets you update the firmware and gives you customizable options and profiles. Only gripe with it was that i had to find out about the firmware and profiles through a youtube video.

Also it’s for a better price

I'll be moving on to my 3rd replacement for this controller. Stick drift and left bumper issues still persist. If the controller worked as it should, it would be worth the $180 that it's selling for(maybe).

I had no issues with the Razer controller, but it just wasn't for me. I am amazed with the amount of fine-tuning you can do with this controller. Above and beyond anything the Razer controller could do. The analogue tensioner is a very nice addition. It is probably my favorite feature along with the controller charge dock. If you are looking for a high-end controller, look no further.
