So far, I can say I really enjoy this controller. It fixed many of the minor issues with the elite 1. The controller itself is the size of the average Xbox one controller. The grips feel natural and don't get in my way. The paddels, even though I don't use them, seem like they would be comfortable for someone who uses them. The battery lasts an incredible amount of time before it needs a charge, which can be charged in the case with the attached usb-c cable. Overall, I am happy I bought the elite 2, which is worth the money.

A little upgrade from the regular controller. I’m just waiting for the controller to break like the rest of the Xbox controllers.

By no fault of best buy, xbox has this overpriced even for what it can do. The functions are unnecessary.

This is a solid controller, but I wouldn't say elite. There is a little bit of drift on the right thumbs tick. This can be reduced through the Xbox Accessory App. but from what reviews I have read, this is a fairly normal issue with these controllers. I would say it is worth the Black Friday $100 price point but would recommend going a different way at higher retails.

So far it’s been working great with no issue, I love been able to customize and use the paddles and to have peace of mind with the protection plan that covers me for 2 years which is a must with the high end controllers, “I would definitely recommend the controller”

Got this when I switched from PS to PC gaming. This controller is amazing. Extra buttons come handy when you play. I have a heavy thumb and keep pressing the analogue stick. This controller allows you to disable it and just use the paddles. For me this product was a game changer.

I like this product because it helps me with my arthritis i wished they had more colors than just the black And the white and the blue, the nice that they had purple on it or pink on something like that.

Elite controllers are the best way to go if you want to really get your game on lol

I thought it came with the pieces and stuff but it didn’t. That’s my fault for not reading it correctly lol. Good product overall tho. I’m not a big time gamer and I’m glad this one is fairly simple to use. It definitely has helped me improve my firing rate.

Amazing for my gaming wish the mechanical aspect would last longer than a year but what can you.

It might be a bit hard to swallow the extra cost of this controller but it is well worth the price. It takes a little while to get used to the controls, shape, and weight of the controller especially if you have been using the standard controller for a long time. Love that you can customize the buttons and triggers to your liking as well as the config of the buttons. An extra bonus is the battery life (which I didn't expect).

This is my second time purchasing this, however my first time was years ago so my original did last me years! This is a great controller and it is pc compatible

Remote was awesome. I love the way you can customize the color on the remote. One thing I want to mention is one of the triggers have an a wired noise a some problems when I press the trigger.

Absolutely love using these controllers but the longevity of the sticks before stick drift kicks in is killing me. On my second controller, the first one both sticks had serious stick drift that I could not handle and my Right Bumper became useless and stopped working. My second one now after six months my right thumb stick is now having stick drift making it impossible to use. Its perfect until issues arise.

Controller is great, feels amazing in your hands. The paddles work wonders in first person shooters. Stick drift is terrible!!!!!! Right out of the box you expect a brand new 180$ controller to be perfect. Noppp!!! Not here always has drift.

Good controller, but little expensive considering it doesn't come with the extra buttons it's specificity designed for. You have to buy the case that comes with the extra sticks and buttons. Some metal parts instead of plastic. Works well and feels solid.

This controller is better than the first elite controller. Better quality and more customizable settings.

Love the controller, but this is my 4th one that has had stick drift. Very sturdy and everything.
