Feels polished, well put together and durable. Compared to the cheap Amazon controllers, the Xbox Elite blows them all out of the water. Is it worth 3 or 4 times more than that no-brand controller? Absolutely. You won't know what you're missing until you've tried this. Find a demo and you'll know exactly what I mean as soon as you pick it up.

Incredible controller. On the small size, but before long you will not even notice it. It feels great in your hand, and always works perfectly. Easily the best controller I have ever owned. Is it a lot of money? Yes, but it is worth spending the extra cash on it

If you’re a real gamer this is the controller for you! I love the design and comfort when holding this controller. The extra paddles for competitive gameplay is my all time favorite. Very satisfied!!

I love these controllers for the Xbox. My wife bought me one and it's been great to use. Awesome battery life. Can pair with laptop and phone too. Charges relatively quick. Comes with a case and extra accessories. Can change the color on the app.

Got this remote for my 2 boys because they’re hardcore gamers and they love their remotes! Also get the 2 year protection plan because the remotes fragile because sometimes the buttons stick, but no worries it’s normal! Trust me get the plan you will use it and when they check it at Best Buy they will give you a brand new one on the spot!

Bought this for myself as a bit of a splurge. After getting some paddles for it, I can’t go back to a normal controller - it’s that good. This is truly one of those moments where better hardware makes you a better gamer (I mostly play shooters and my stats went up a significant amount after getting this). The grips on it (the black part) are a nice rubber textured bit that is not at all uncomfortable. You may get sweaty hands after a while, but that happens whether you play on any controller or a mouse and keyboard. Stick tension I havent really messed with (i like the sticks loose). Keep in mind too that the sticks are very sensitive out of the box, so maybe adjust that in the accessories software on your xbox. Great product, love it tons.

Great controller. Responsive, feels great as has grips on the sides. So far, it’s been an awesome controller without any issues.

Been hankering to get one if these for months, and because of that I was a bit wary going in. You never know if a purchase is going to live up to the hype you build for it. I'm happy to say that to me at least, this does. When you first pick it up, you don't really notice much besides the weight (which is good and heavy; I can't stand lite cheap feeling controllers), but after a few hours in I started noticing subtle details. The sticks are suuuuuper smooth, and every button has a good solid click. The triggers are weighty and responsive, however the trigger stops detract slightly. I usually have them at the shortest pull when playing rpgs or shooters, and it almost feels like I'm going to break the stops. Other than that one detail, I haven't found anything about this controller I don't like. Very happy with my purchase.

I have two of these and I think they are the best controllers ever. The heavier weight feels great and the joysticks are very smooth. I have the total tech on them and if they ever have a problem I just swap it out for another. Highly recommend

The paddles are great but the Y button feels a bit unresponsive. Other than that it's feature rich. I also owned a elite 2 before so I had all the accessories.

Gave this as a gift to my gamer friend he loves it

The build quality is awesome and it’s a beautiful piece of technology, but there are several fundamental flaws that still have not been completely fixed in this second generation of elite series controllers. Within days I was experiencing: -Stick drift -dropped connection mid-game -delayed response in left stick input (visually confirmed in the Xbox accessories app) For this price, I would absolutely expect this controller to be perfect. Instead, I got an absolutely gorgeous controller with a lot of problems. They may not be noticeable to a casual gamer, but what casual gamer is buying a $180 controller? Three stars because I’m having it replaced and I’m hoping I just got an exceptionally bad copy. If it’s another dud, 1 Star for sure.
