Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the high-quality build, comfortable feel, and extensive customization options of the Elite Series 2 Wireless Controller. Many appreciate the improved battery life and the addition of paddles, enhancing gameplay. However, some users report issues with stick drift and the durability of certain buttons. The overall experience appears positive, but potential problems with controller components should be considered.

The buttons give up after a year of use, buy at your own risk. Ps. The regular controller works better save your money :)

Nice feeling controller but does suffer from either stick drift or sticking buttons. Get the best buy warranty and every year or 2 and you can just get a new one for i think $50

You are essentialy taking a risk buying an Elite Series 2, here are the things that may happen. 1. Triggers or buttons not working out of the box 2. Stick drift may develop 3 months later 3. The controller will work just fine Other than that, this controller is amazing when it works properly. The build is very premium compared to the regular controllers, quality control is awful. I would recommend the controller, be prepared to replace it fast.

I have an xbox elite series 1 and it came with a nice charging case and extra accessories and the paddles. This was an open box item in so called "excellent condition and it doesn't have the paddles underneath or extra parts or the charging case. Very disappointing, but the controller does work and looks nice with my Xbox series S.

Is there much more to say? Its the best. It blows the Dualsense edge out of the water. Not like youre cross shopping the 2 controllers if you have an xbox but the Elite controller 2 is the best controller for the XSX by far.

Controller works as expected. It's nice to be able to customize the triggers and sticks to make it more comfortable to use. As a PC gamer primarily I have this for games I prefer to use a controller on.

It’s good but the case that microwave gives you pushes on the sticks a bit much for me to be fully happy with the full kit. Other wise it has great battery life and the charging stand is nice to have out the box.

Amazing controller, everything you would ever need/want. Although the durability is horrible, everything starts to wear down, even the trigger locks. Although they did increase the base warranty to a full year so that’s why I made it a 4 star.

I don't know about the bottom flippers as I haven't used them. I really like it as the weight is good make you feel as though it is a substantial controller rather than the flimsy aftermarket controllers that are sold. I bought it because the xbox that I bought only had a flimsy aftermarket controller (wired at that)

Simplicity is one of the keys. I had two other brands over the last decade and a half. This one isn’t as tiresome to use. It’s also VERY responsive. A great choice.

Purchased as a replacement/upgrade for the 3 Elite V1's I've owned over the past several years. Right off the bat, the controller feels more thought out. The grips feel nice. The built in battery is a huge plus. USB-C is the natural progression and the fact that it will be compatible with next gen/Project Scarlet is HUGE. The paddles aren't as large, so they feel more organic.

The controller and peripherals included look and feel premium; however, the well documented QC issues cripple what could have been an awesome controller. Day 1, within the first 2 hours, the right thumbstick started dragging and sticking and the A button wouldn't register each press. If you're willing to pay for an extended warranty, and take the time to return defective units when they fail, you may enjoy this controller.
