Great controller, sometimes brand new product can be defective but bestbuy has 15 day return policy to accommodate for this.

Great had no problems. The texture grip is amazing too.

Controller feels far improved compared to the previous version. Battery life is great. Wireless charger offeres great convienence and the build quality feels high end.

My son is huge into video games. I almost fell over when he told me how much it was but he also explained why it was so expensive. I was sold. I was tired of purchasing controllers. Since I bought this a year ago I haven't had to replace it.

I dont think I'll ever be able to go back to the basic controller. Will juat have to see how it holds up.

Love the quality of it it feels great in my hand. But the stick drift is horrible and I’ve only had the controller for 3 months. Also one of the paddle on the back is starting to become unresponsive unless I press really hard. Kinda disappointed in this especially for the money spent. I don’t know what To buy next because I’m so used to the paddles but I guess I’ll figure it out.

I own one, and as a gamer this is absolutely a must have. Bought a second for my wife because she got jealous.

Great controller over all but if you are going to be playing competitive games there are some issues. The left stick click sometimes doesn’t register if you have the stick pushed all the way up or down. Can get VERY annoying if this is something done a lot, which in my case it is. Everything else is great but I would love to have seen mouse click triggers. Not a bad controller but could be better!

Overall best controller out there. I love the changeable d-pad and thumb-sticks and the grips on the sides are nice and comfy

The last controller you will ever buy . This thing oozes quality and the in game control is snappy and responsive . Will never play on any other controller for now on

Excellent Controller, I have the protection plan too, but let's hope I don't need it for at least a year. Simple setup even with Win11 or 10.

Pretty great controller works an awesome elite so u can move everything and came with a sweet case and charger

I love this controller. It seems a little expensive at first but it is truly worth the money. The one downside is the RB and LB buttons are all one piece inside of the controller and tend to break.

These controllers rock, having all the side accessories already being able to buy the core was nice and easy and still my daily controller

The build quality is definitely a key difference vs the standard controller which I've used for more than 5 years. I like the adjustable trigger locks. its pricy to say the least.

Fantastic feel in the hands. Good weight for me but heavy for some others. Vibration settings are customizable. Much better than it's predecessor. Controller surface is easy to clean

I was a bit skeptical on the open box condition but was way more than what i was expecting in terms of condtiion like new amd for a very good price point glad i used best buy as usually do for tech stuff

This controller is fantastic, you take advantage of trigger stops, paddles and can deviate your opponent’s in any game due to those features quick reloading with out taking your finger off the trigger
