I returned 3 of this same color in white to Best Buy with multiple problems with the buttons. They have many faults. Please test your control and if not, return it.

This control is awesome! The tension adjustment is a huge improvement and i love that it charges in its case!

I had 2 Elite Series 1 controllers. Both lasted about a year before the sticks had uncontrollable drift with no way to fix them. Xbox doesn’t warranty them so I’m a little worried I just spent $179 for a 1 year controller again. Ultimately not worth it so far but I’ll update it later once I’ve had it longer.

No better controller out there if you’re into gaming

Its good when it get low u get a delay easy to connect the don’t got a clip button which i think it’s a downgrade

I bought this controller open box twice and the condition was said to be “Excellent” for but honestly both were super bad and dirty. Also had a really horrible stick drift. Whoever is evaluating this open box items should be ashamed.

100 dollars cheaper than my scuff and way nicer! Absolutely worth the money

Decent controller. Stick drift was an issue from day one. It’s been close to a year and it’s unusable with precision gaming. Wish I would have bought the extended warranty. Do better Microsoft.

I only still get these because they are only $60 to replace the warranty every 2 years. They fall apart quick and the software prevents proper movement sometimes

Sturdy Gamepad very well built. Very Aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately 1 of my buttons don't respond.

Paid full price, received open box. Not happy. Package was clearly opened(sealing tape cut) , items moved in box(used?)hoping controller works as i will not have time to replace before giving as a gift.

Don’t buy the care plan on open-box! Was delivered a defective controller that: •someone had obviously pried open. •Left trigger didnt have vibration •Left bumper didn’t work at all Contacted support was blown off, told to contact “sales” no contact or transfer, ended the chat. So I finally make it to a store 3hrs away. And was blown off by the in-store rep when i explained the situation. Forced to get blue one aaand pay the difference!! TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Awesome controller! Better than the one I normally use! Only downfall is it doesn’t come want the triggers but it’s fine ❤️

The controller works great. But the grip on the controller has peeled off the bottom of the unit. It seems the Microsoft has not firgured out how to fix that from the series one. I do not recommend this controller, untill the grip problem is remedied.

Been watching this for a while and it was finally cheap enough to actually make it worth buying. The controller is cool and definitely takes some getting used to because it’s heavier and has paddles on back unlike the regular Xbox controllers you also don’t need batteries because it’s rechargeable. I definitely recommend pay better with this controller also.

Controller is great makes gaming so nice. The new grip design is nice along with the new paddle design.

A great controller but sadly, the left stick still drift badly like the last version. Won't be buying this anymore. Wasted too much money on these useless builds.

Was suppose to be in excellent condition and was not front rubber grip is peeling not all the correct pieces in the box it has the wrong joystick attachments in the box has double of one and one and because of that missing the short concave joystick
