My boy is just over 5' tall. Work perfectly for him. Me, however, I own the same pair, NOT FOR BIG AND TALL PEOPLE!!! Mixed results. Works great. No complaints except for the installation process. The upgrade process fried one of my controllers because the internet connection flaked mid-way-through. UGHHH! Never the less, once the software upgrade happened successfully, the headset works perfect!

These headphones are generally pretty awesome and sleek. The sound is good and they are comfortable. They only thing that can be slight frustrating is the cord. the flat cord can be a bit hard and does give in any direction too easily. But thats the nature of the cord and is not really an issue. Just a preferential discomfort.

not a bad price for this headset. the sound quality is real and they have a good fit.

good headset plus you get the attachment that let's you control all volumes and mute on and off but what makes these good is the sound quality. the drivers in them must be good because they sound better than almost anything else in price range. and the fit is snug the mic tucks away. nice.

Really like the headphones. Comfortable to wear, nice sound and mic worked well. The problem is they broken after 75 days. Microsoft was good and honored the 90 day warranty with a replacement. I’ll know more about reliability when we see how long the replacement set lasts

I picked these up on sale, i was not looking for a superb high end set. I just needed a basic head set to chat, and game with. The sound quality of these is much better than expected and will work if you are not audiophile. They fit well too, and I have worn them for 3 hours straight with no issues.

This headset is a little expensive but is a good value compared to some competitors. Sounds great. I use it alot to watch tv and play games with the tv sound off.

Bought these after trying them out at the store. They were the most comfortable ones compared to the turtle ones. My ears are inside the cups and do not get crushed. The others had small cups and they crush your ears. They are a little bit tight but they can be worn for several hours without too much discomfort. The sound is really good. It is stereo and not surround sound but still excellent.

Great Headset!! Comfortable and a great value for the price!! I purchased to play and coincide with Titanfall, so I got $12.00 discount.. Volume doesn't seem to go real high, but I wasn't trying to go deaf .. I would definitely recommend to budget conscious buyers whom want a great, clean sounding headset without breaking your wallet!!

To give Microsoft credit, the sound quality in these are very good. But they go down hill from there. The mic has a very cool design where it slides up and hides away in the headband but the problem with that is that everything is is connected by hard plastic. So for example, if you even lightly scratch you head and touch the top of the headset, the mic picks it up. If you gently move the ear cups, the mic picks it up. Very bad design flaw. My other complaint with this headset is how hard it squeezes against your head/ears. I was soar after about 20 minutes of continual usage. The other problem with this particular headset is the adapter it comes with does not support mic monitoring/feedback. But that is more of a preference issue. My recommendation, purchase the Turtle Beach XO One and you will be much happier.

Great sound and good feel on the head. Not too loud, plenty of volume control.

I really enjoy using the headset. The sound is great and I use these to play at night.. So not to disturb the wife and kids.

Bought this to replace the standard headset that came with my X1 and it was a big upgrade - sound is great, mic output is clear and the padding is comfortable.

Works great. Mic is very clear and sound is awesome. I use as a second headset in the game room where I have 4 xbox's. My son loves to use them even to watch TV.

This headset works well. Most important thing for me was it being comfortable. After using it for multiple gaming sessions, i have happily discovered it is. I would say the sound is good, although like anything i am sure if you spent more money then you could find a headset that was better for sound quality.

It’s just a basic headset no bells and whistles but it gets the job done. Good solid sound quality and durable enough to last although the mic gave out on me once my son started using it but he is a brute at times. Either way the headset lasted about two years maybe more before I had to buy another pair and only the mic stopped working

I love that I can adjust the game volume to mute the TV but still play over the headphones. I think this should have came with the Xbox (at least the adapter).

The sound is fantastic, it's got a great mic. My only complaint is that the cord between the mic and the controller is pretty cheap. You have to turn it and twist it to get it to work properly. That was 5 minutes into its first use. It hasn't crapped out entirely, luckily I bought the protection plan. Which I highly recommend if you choose to buy this.
