We went through about 3 other headsets that either stopped working and didn’t really interface well. This works perfect, sound is good with rich bass, and the microphone is clear. Not sure why this doesn’t get 4+ stars but for us it is a great buy.

Better than most headsets in this price range. Keeps outside sounds to a minimum while speakers are vibrant and clear. Adapter a big plus too.

I have bought many headsets and this one is by far the best. Would recommend to serious gamers to buy this headset only from bestbuy and pay for the insurance bestbuy offers. If it does break you can take it to bestbuy and get another one. Great deal and product!

My son uses this everyday. He loves it. The ability to watch Internet tv programs is nice also

the sound quality is good, but you can't control the mic volume and my friends can never hear me. Will be returning

the sound on these are great. The volume can go very high allowing you to hear even some of the most quiet sounds. First pair broke a little over a year after purchase. So hopefully these last longer.

Excellent and simplistic headset with good mic sometimes the other brands lack the Elegance of the simplicity of xbox's own setup I'm going to pick up the wireless eventually

Apparently this headset works very well. I hear my son in his room well into the night chatting and laughing with his friends. I've had no complaints. Assuming he loves it. : )

The headphones are lite but completely cover the ear so it at least lessons the sounds outside.

I had it for a while . Great quality but my baby cousin broke it other wise from that it’s great gonna get another one soon

I like the sleek black headsec Microsoft offers but the cord keeps getting in wah some moments. A wireless version would be great from Microsoft! Loud and Comfy!

Great sound, easy to use, an overall great product. The only problem I have personally is that they don't fold, which in turn causes storage problems. Also the price is a bit high.

This headset has great sound and is very universal. Much better quality then the cheap headset that comes with the Xbox one. I went through two of those before I upgraded to this one.

I got this for my 10 year old son. It sounds great with the windows new surround sound option on the Xbox one. They are built more solid than the turtle beach brand.

Honestly... only bought this since the adapter sold out for those with turtle beaches. Quality is good and no switching out batteries weekly. Quality wise the TB's are better but they also cost a lot more for the 7.1 sound. It has been my primary headset for the last week.

This is the second headset of this kind that we've purchased. It always ends up shorting out or something no matter what kind we get. I think it's just Microsoft because the 360 headsets end up the same way. When it works it works good!

I bought these for my grandson. He loves them. He blocks out noises from other rooms while he is playing games. Also we love them because he doesn't have to run is games loud.
