From the first opening of the box, I keep having issues with my sound disconnecting from the headset. I keep having to disconnect/reconnect the headset to continue to have sounds. Sometimes it’ll go out every couple mins, or ever couple hours. Pretty annoying. But when it does work, the sound and the quality of the mic is very nice.. that’s the only reason I’m giving it a 3 star.

Microsoft Xbox one headset

It can be quite frustrating.

Cannot beat these especially with the Best Buy warranty. I broke mine and took them back to BB and was able to get new ones no questions asked.

While the sound is not as rich which playing / using the headset in other devices it provides good in game sound
