It’s a good product but I bought the last one they had that was marked with an open box label and it didn’t work.

The headset is alright for what it is: a gaming headset for the Xbox one. But what makes this a spectacular value is the fact that it's bundled with a ~$24 controller adapter.

Buy as an absolute last resort. Twice, mine physically broke 6-12 months of casual use, the whole ear piece broke off. The best low cost solution i found is a playstation headset (Plantronics - RIG 400HS), they're VERY, durable and work perfect with my Xbox One, and i get compliments on how well i can be heard.

Its a descent headset. Con is your friends in partychat are going to hear a slight echo every time your on chat.

So far so good the only thing I notice the case that comes w/ this go pro does not have a protective covering over the touch screen. Which means if you are filming in the ocean and a wave hits the camera it seems to switch modes.

The headset sound good but don't have a snug fit. I'm glad I didn't pay full price. I love Microsoft products but this isn't one of them.

I would have given it 5 Stars, but my kids literally can't hear me when they have it on. + They can't hear their own voices, they usually wind up telling into it.

Overall I am happy with the Xbox One stereo headset. The controller that came with my One broke soon after I owned it so I decided to spend a little more and get a better headset.

This is the third one I've had. I'm A gamer daily and they just do not hold up. They always end up shorting out or screwing up every time. I got a turtle beach this time!

This Headset is my 1st for the Xbox 1 and gonna say it's pretty cool. All it is to it is just to plug it in with the USB port that cones with it and plug it into controller. Very easy to use and stretchable to for easy fitting.

No problems with them until my cat chewed on the cord. So I would recommend the cords be made to withstand animals- if that’s possible.

This works well when we do not want to hear the kids playing on their Xboxes.

The headphones I purchased were good however after a year I've had to replace 1 set because the mic stopped working. I got them for $28 so I can't complain.

Bought previously from Walmart, all you get is a gift card. I need a replacement, if it breaks Best Buy gives you a new one, no questions asked. How can you go wrong?! I will continue to buy from them.

This is my second headset from Microsoft, I wish they offered a more premium product for this category and price point.

This is our second pair. The first lost sound and the microphone stopped working. I am glad we purchased the warranty, which made the experience better.

They work good for the price. Would definitely recommend protection plan since they are fragile.

I have went through so many headsets with a huge price range. I actually really like these ones, they feel good and work well!

Lasted longer than expected. Purchased extended warranty and was definitely worth it since the mic stopped working before the warranty was up.

These are not the best but they are not the worst. I find the headphone padding to be abrasive and absorbs moister easily, which is a little gross. Sound quality is okay, nothing earth moving. I use them to play Fortnite and they serve the purpose. If I could do it over, I would get a TurtleBeach set. Better quality for a little more in terms of price.
