Worked right out of the box, no problems, nothing special to do. Exactly how you want headphones to sync up and work.

Well when I 1st got them they were great, now I'm having some issues where they're connection fails a lot. It is corded but I have to unplug & replug them into my controller a few times to get them to work correctly. I'm going to try to return & exchange them & see if that improves the problem. Other then recent issue I really enjoy the headphones

If you like company branded products, keeping a consistent aesthetic, then these will work fine. However, the sound quality is just okay, there are certainly better headsets out there. Depending on your head and earshape, may eventually get tired of the design

Works Great, but does not have volume control or mute button. I have an Xbox X controller. Plugs right in.

Not the most comfortable headset but for a non-competitive gamer they're great! Great sound quality as well!

I bought this for my son, it's great. He can talk, I don't have to listen to the tv blaring his games. He wears it for hours, says it's comfortable. No worries of compatibility since it's microsoft.

got these for 12 year old. He had a lot of trouble connecting and couldn't get the mic to work.

They work good, fit nice and sound ok. The cord is a bit flimsy so I worry that could be an issue in the future.

I mean my family can still hear me screaming at my Xbox, but they never know how foul-mouthed my friends are now.

Bought thiis for my son to use on his X-Box and he absolutely loves it. He is able to talk to his friends and listen all in one swoop. Volumes are great

I have tried the expensive Turtle Beach headsets, and nothing is more simple to use than this headset. It has the same features as some of the more expensive ones and only for a fraction of the cost.

This is a good headset and always get the warranty because best buy will back that up.

this gets used daily in my house- not sure if that is a good thing. I gave it a 4 because the mouse piece gets an odor.

This headset is nice and provides the ease of use my son needs. This is my son's second second pair but he seems to enjoy using them.

My son need a pair for his X box, he decided to get this brand and likes them.

This product fell apart inside of 3 months. I was dissatisfied with the quality. Price was too high for such cheap durability.
