It sounds and works fine...for the first 3 months.....The cord is thin and cheap and eventually the wires in it will short out. All of sudden one ear piece wont have sound, and the mouth piece just fails to work. So frustrating when playing MP games. I can't stress enough how much a waste of money this headset has been.

Had a little static from headseat, has to be from the wireless controler, it's hard wired to controller. I guess it's a great deal considering other headseats for the XBOX ONE.

The price was good. The are comfortable BUT they have issues and keep losing connection. we ended up taking them back.

My son really enjoyed the headphones, especially when him and his brother would play together online. However, the mic went out after just three months.

Does not have a volume control button but the sound is good

Well needless to say my headset that came with my Xbox quit working not long after I bought my Xbox. I had been looking for a new headset and saw this since it was a Microsoft product and also came with the adapter. The adapter alone is $25 and when paired with the $15 headset I first bought seemed like taking that one back and just buying the combo was a great deal! NOPE everything was great for about 2 weeks. Now I have a headset that doesn't pick my voice up. I can hear people but no one can hear me... So irritating! This is my second Microsoft headset and second one to fail both the same way. Before I get the comments "are you sure it isn't just muted?" Yes I'm positive I un muted it and read the directions...

Not really enjoying this mic. Its pretty cheap and flimsy.

I bought this for my 12 year old son. After 3 months I had to take them back to exchange for a new pair because the sound kept going in and out.

Headset works good when first purchased within 1 day mic stopped working if buy headset buy warranty or you will spend a lot of money for nothing

Although I do wish they had a white headset at the time to match my Xbox I purchased, this are fully functional and do exactly what I need.

Speakers are very flimsy, snapped of the socket really easy. Not happy with the product quality.

The headset itself works great but the overall quality isn’t good. The wire keeps ripping, definitely get warranty

These headphones work fine when connected to a phone or a pc, but when I connect them to an xbox controller (yes I tried on multiple) the sound quality is terrible and the mic sounds terrible as-well. Had to upgrade to the wireless xbox headset.

Works like it should but not very durable. Broke within a year with regular use and special care when handling

The sound is good, but they are a little uncomfortable. They just don’t fit well when you pull the arms all the way out.

Good but not great. Had them for 3 months and the microphone doesn't work anymore. I use them just to listen to music now.

Not the best, but my son seems to be happy with it. Sometimes the mic won't work, but you have to fiddle with it.

The microwave works good perfect fit for what i need. Will refer to all my friends.
