Never buying refurbished again

It was just under $50 and thought it was a bargain. Oh boy was I wrong... The X button did not work!! We had this controller for just a few days and we could never get the X button to work. It was a pain in the rear to have to go back and physically replace it for a new one when I originally had this controller shipped to our house. Although I have to say that the Best Buy team makes thing everything quick and easy. Switching for a new one went super smooth, their staff is so knowledgeable and friendly! But seriously, don't by refurbished otherwise you will have to go change it in just a few days, it is refurbished for a reason...
