Buy and add 2 year protection!

Playing all the time makes wear and tear on these go quickly but with a refurb, I could also buy 2 year protection and that just makes sense.

Paddles feel natural. Adjustable tension on analog controls makes all the difference for fine tuning. Chargeable carrying case is pretty sweet too.

geek squad doesn't do there job and it shows!

I'm very upset with best buy and geek squads performance in fixing there products. the lack off effort in even packaging the controller was despicable. I will be going into my nearest best buy to talk to the manager!

Refurbished Was a trick

Was pretty much just like the last customer sent it back. Very very unsatisfying to pay 150 dollar for something and have to send it back.

Geek Squad Refurbished is bad

It was clearly used for months and returned. Also, the controller would not charge. No LED indication at all. Would not work at all unless charge cable was plugged in directly to the controller. Whoever "refurbished" this knew it was damaged goods. Returned it within less than a few hours of receiving it.
