    I’m happy I’ve had Geek Squad Protection on my controller, because after a year of use on the two that I’ve owned, the ‘Bumper Buttons’ (LB&RB) have worn out and aren’t able to be used. It’s insane. I really hope Microsoft is looking into this and makes this a priority for the next generation of controllers.

    Not only does the thumb sticks drift but it arrived very dirty and nasty and when I called about replacing it with Best Buy the process was not simple. Sad to say but I just kept it

    It was filthy, took about 20 minutes to clean everything.. right bumper was broken, and arrived almost a week late, worst refurbished buy.

    Don't buy anything refurbished. The controller turned to trash about a month after owning it. The "Drift" stick and bad connection are real.
