First opened up and used it. The right trigger sounded weird and felt a little tight. More so than the left. Now within three weeks of using it, the right trigger got stuck down and won’t come back up.

Purchased two of these controllers for my kids. Neither had a 3.5mm headphone jack that worked when connected to the console via usb cable or bluetooth. Tried different sets of headphones, updated all firmware, and power cycled the console multiple times. All a no go. All headsets work fine with my current controller which is the same model (just not a refurbished product through best buy). Will be returning the controllers today. Buyer beware, price is cheap for a reason.

I can see now why this was returned. When you hold the controller you can twist the handles a little so it's losing up and will eventually fall apart. My controller from the bundle doesn't do it. This will be returned.

This was a very good option because it looked like brand new.

Product like new no major scratches and all buttons worked

After a full year of usage, the controller moves on its own to the top. Understandable since controller was broken and fixed before. Moves upward at least 3-5 time a day on its own.

I tried to save money by buying a refurbished controller. Next time I'll spend the extra money to buy new. At first one button stuck just a tiny bit but now its worse and three primary buttons are sticking making it difficult to play with.

When I got the controller it was good looking but after using it for about a week or so it started to brake. The vibration wasn’t working

The controller sent was the wrong one and the buttons would get stuck. I could see residue in between all crevices.

I previously purchased a Geek Squad refurbished Nintendo Switch controller, and it has worked as good as new for about a year. Unfortunately, this controller stopped working after less than a month of use. I was able to return the controller since it was still within the return window, but buying refurbished controllers looks to be a bit of risk. You may save some money and get something that is as good as new, or you may be stuck with a lemon.

It worked but the one joy stick was messed up and i aint notice til it was too late

I was disappointed for the first time ever with Best Buy. I returned it and was sent another one and it did the same thing. I returned the second one as well. The Geek Squad Certified Refurbished did not help work.

It's broken already. The right bumper won't work. I'm really disappointed in best buy for selling refurbished junk. It makes me not want to do business with you and now I need to buy a new controller and I want new head phones. I'm thinking I should just go to Walmart where I expect to spend money on junk. I thought best buy was a step up.

Geek squad didn't do a good job this time, I bought this controller trusting that been certified to be in good working condition, but it was getting stock since the begining, when I tried to return it, they told me I needed it to contact Microsoft directly were I didn't find much help either.

Don't buy this item refurbished. It will connect for about 30 seconds and then disconnects. I ordered this before going on vacation. I get back and it doesn't work, and I can't return it because it's beyond 15 days. Thanks for taking my money..........

This controller was refurbished, worked well for about a week, i had to returned shortly after as it had audio problems .

I Bought an extra controller for my kids for Xmas and a button is already sticking and I just saw that the last return date was 3 days ago. They were gone for 10 days after Xmas and just started playing with the controller but since I bought it before Xmas the return time has past. I should have purchased new and not refurbished.

Got the refurbished controller and it won’t link with the Xbox

I don't believe that the Geek Squad employee that worked on this controller was a gamer. The buttons were sticky. It just didn't work and I had to return it. I decided to wait for a new controller go on sale and spend the extra few dollars. I wouldn't but a refurbished controller again.

Left joystick broken on delivery. Kids were very disappointed.
