I purchased this certified refurbished product online. In the past, I've never had any issues with certified products at Best Buy. This one had some scuffs on the controller and the plastic housing also appeared to be loose. Best Buy gave me no issues exchanging it for a new one.

I purchased an xbox refurbished controller from Best Buy. Item came while we were away on a 2 week vacation. Once opened realized a button intermittently sticks. Best Buy would not honor an exchange. Now have to try through the manufacturer. Will not buy from Best Buy again - return and exchange policy is not good for a busy family.

All the buttons stick and get jammed. What a piece of junk

I was not expecting the controller to be in as good a shape for a refurbished item but I was happy with what I got.

Unfortunately this controller didn’t work when I opened it. BUT!! I was able to return it at the local store without a problem, and just bought a brand new one. The new one works great!

Great for gaming on the computer. Works great on XBox games.

I bought this for my son for Easter and it is already broken. Don't waste your money Just buy a new one.

very dissapointed. We have one that works perfectly. We put in the batteries and it lit and didn't hold the light.... Not sure what to do. looks like the refurbishing didn't work

Bad refurbished one one of the stick is broke already with vary light use wasted 32 dollars I don't Even know if there is replacement or just throw it away.

Though they claim that the refurbished remote went through extensive testing before it was sent out, the "B" button stuck every time I clicked it start from the first click.

When i recieved my controller it came witha loose screw just bouncing around in the controller. Tried to fix it but it doesn’t go anywhere. Very bummed but looks like a great controller.

This controller that was refurbished by the geek squad didn't work. It was a wireless controller and I even tried plugging it in and it still did not work.

Regardless of the refurbishment, the remote works perfect!

Item is refurbished but not too well. The B button has to be pushed hard to work.

I'll probably never buy refurbished again. This was the second time I had issues with refurbished stuff. The bluetooth went out and the controller stopped connecting.

Controller came with missing piece...customer service gave weak response. You bought refurbished item.as is. You still can play with batteries exposed

One of the buttons is stuck -- which essentially renders it, and the xbox useless. Very poor execution and quality control.

Item showed up without plate for battery compartment and you could hear something loose rattle inside.

After a week use the plug in for headphone doesn't work,so my kid can't talk with his friends
