The Xbox one controller was supposed to be certified refurbished but item was defective.

Its geek “approved” but the reconnect button stocked, so like this you cannot use it. Do not order!

Started glitching after a year so couldn't return it.

I should have known getting certified refurbished. It doesn't work. Waste of time!!!

Defective , got it less than 30 days, already not working

I will be returning this controller it is pathetic.

If something is reconditioned, I would have expected it would have to pass quality control somewhere. This one trails upward in the home position. I'll be returning. I usually will take chances on reconditioned, but whoever controls these just are missing the mark.

I was leery about purchasing a "reconditioned" controller, but in all honesty...it works better than my original controller! I would love to turn in my original and have the Geek Squad recondition it! I highly recommend saving money and buying the reconditioned. I got the warranty...just in case!

Not much I can say that xbox users don't already know about the standard controller but I bought this to use on my PC and the Bluetooth connection works flawlessly. I don't use it much for gamming(I'm more or a KB/mouse guy) but when I do, it works well.

This is a good Xbox controller.I would buy another controller.

I purchased this item about 3 weeks ago. It looked great and worked great for a few weeks then one day the headset port just quit working. I have contacted Best Buy about it and they sent me to contact Microsoft. Microsoft said they can't do anything for me and I should try contacting Best Buy again. I could see if it had been months and it stopped working, but it hasn't even been a month and it has stopped working and nobody wants to help fix the issue.

Controller is a cheaper version. I would not suggest buying these, unless they go for less than $25

I fell for all the good reviews of this product and was thrilled to receive it but when I picked it up I knew I had made a bad choice. It felt like it was missing parts and it made a weird rattling sounds. Despite extreme efforts to connect it to my xbox it never worked. I picked up a new one and it works like a charm.

It arrived and would not turn on. I had to return it.

That's pretty much it. 2 of the buttons stick, not because of a sticky substance, but because they aren't centered properly in the shell. You can feel them rub up against it, and they make audible noises when they're pushed from the unsticking. It is very annoying. Don't bother with their "refurbished" garbage.
