The remote works great! But the box looks like it went through the blender. Other than the box looking bad, the remote looks and feels brand new. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a cheaper new remote.

Package arrived and looking to give for Christmas, this is my first geek squad refurbished purchase so I hope on Christmas morning it's as good as it's supposed to be!

The refurbished controller functions and operates like brand new. We have 2 of them and they connected immediately. We have had no issues using them with our Xbox One S, or on our Windows 10 pc's

I bought 2 of these and one works perfectly, the second will not stay paired to either my Xbox one or one S. I will be reaching out to Geek Squad for help

This controller works great. The only complaint I have is that no matter what charging cable I have tried, it does not stay in very well and keeps falling out.

I love the wireless controllers for the X-Box. They feel great and work super well. Get yourself some rechargeable batteries and you're set for a long time!

I have been using this controller for two weeks now and it definitely feel like a brand new controller. It works perfectly and it has the 3mm audio jack which is awesome. The controller is very precise and responds well to commands . I love it

The controller arrived on time and was packaged very securely. I already had the information for Geek Squad so if anything happens to controller, I'm covered. Thanks for the controller even though it is refurbished and a great price.

Got this as a refurbished product but it looks and plays like new. We have used it with android and Apple devices as well as Windows and PC and it works great. Be aware that it does use AA batteries.

Brought this to go along with my son white xbox the white on white really goes goid together my son loves it

I think the toggle stick is broken already and the controller connection breaks often.

Xbox is great. I ordered cause the kids kept leaving it upsidown and the sticks got messed up. It came the same day my parts came for the other one so fixed the old one and have 2 now.

Since this is a refurbished controller certified by Microsoft, it is just as good as a new one, but at a cheaper price. Great addition if you need another controller but don't want to buy a off market brand

We purchased this refurbished Xbox wireless controller so we could play 2-player games. The exterior of the controller was spotless and all controls were like new. Can’t even tell this is the refurbished model. Super!
