Came damaged the power cord kept falling out and didn’t come with a hdmi cable.

The product came with no type of protection only the game inside a carton box, which had a lot of damage scratches, and some loose parts inside. Sometimes the game doesn't work, it freezes

Never arrived. Wasn’t told reason for delay or even that it would be delayed. However, payment was quickly refunded after my call.

Worked for the first 2 days but after that it was completely bricked, with me getting the error code E100

I received an Xbox One S instead of Xbox Series S.

The refurbished Xbox was junk it was scratched and packed in box with no packing

The Xbox series s is best for people who don't play nearly as much it is buttery smooth almost like the series x but it does lack in storage all in all the console was really good really smooth and highly recommended for time to time players

If you're looking for a series x and are just checking out the S due to the price, then you should definitely get the S, does all what the X does, but plays better 1440p than 4k (human eyes don't see much of a difference), 120fps in 1440p mode, 60fps in 4k mode, great performance abd graphics! Highly recommend

You really can’t beat the refurbished price, and you’re practically not taking a risk at all buying this Xbox series s refurbished from Best Buy. Only thing to keep in mind tho is that it may not include a power cable of hdmi cable, so you’ll have to use cables you already have.

Very poor packaging, just a oversized piece of bubble wrap with all the parts just thrown in. Received it with a bad controller. The joystick looked as if a dog had chewed them up. Could not navigate the home menu because the joystick was stuck in the upward position. Also the controller had ink on it that wiped away fortunately. Took this back to Best Buy and they would not just replace the controller without replacing the entire purchase. Not worth the hassle of having to go through the entire process again.

Id get a new one on sale, but this is a good option tonsave money.

As good as new, but a lot cheaper. Console came repackaged with all original equipment, was very clean and works as well as a new console.

I loved the xbox it worked very well. The graphics are amazing and it loads so fast. It is 100% worth its price. Every single game has amazing graphics.

I bought the referbished series s and its way smoother running than the previous gen. Console looks perfect, probably an open box or something because it doesn’t look used.

Owned an XBOX Series X but my son wanted to upgrade so he could play the latest games. I offered a different console but he loved the XBOX so much, he wanted to upgrade to the latest version.

I like the Xbox series s it works fine get a monitor 120hz and above for better gameplay and performance
