Geek squad certified doesn't mean it works

I tried pairing it with another known good controller and it was fine. Tried pairing the included controller with my other xbox and that also failed. Geek squad said to return the whole system. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It was just thrown in a box with nothing to cushion the xbox. I wish I could give them something lower than a 1 star

Sometimes the game doesn't work, it freezes

Great for an time to time player

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you're looking for a series x and are just checking out the S due to the price, then you should definitely get the S, does all what the X does, but plays better 1440p than 4k (human eyes don't see much of a difference), 120fps in 1440p mode, 60fps in 4k mode, great performance abd graphics! Highly recommend
