Console works fine controller doesn't
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The console itself is fine but my controller didn't work the moment i took out the box it didn't work i called best customer service they told just bring the the controller to any best buy to just traded it out went there they didn't honor what customer service said so ive been stuck with a new console but the stick doesn't work trying to get some money up and just buy another stick !

Yes it works, but it's really beat up, looks like dried milk in the vents, the ports are completely caked with dust or lint. I called for a replacement and they couldn't because it's out of stock. They told me they don't clean them as the refurbished process, they just make sure they work and resell them.
