Great controller and I really like the new design.

Works perfectly with the microsoft xbox controller pc dongle. So nice to use a wifi signal instead of bluetooth. Responsive, incredible range. I use it on a screen 75 feet away from the PC and zero connection issues.

Was a great controller, the stick got stuck a little too often for liking, but was still good

Easy to connect with Bluetooth works fine. Heats a bit for a long use otherwise value for money.

It is good controller, beautiful color I just doesn't like the new grip, it is aweird sensation, but overall good.

Feels like a solid piece of electronics. The grip texture is tactile and does not seem to slip. The bluetooth works on my iPhone and my Macbook Pro. It also works via USB-C cable to my PC that does not have blue tooth. Excellent product.

I am highly upset for the past three trips to Best Buy. If my Son controller is blue you no longer have a blue. You give me a white. If you don’t have a white, you give me a black the same thing with the headset you give me what you have and when it’s time to bring it back under the protection plan I’m told either my plan collapsed when I never let it collapse or I’m giving something else and it’s frustrating. I have been doing this for 14 years and only have had issues using the Raleigh Crabtree Best Buy. It’s not fair that I’m here for 2 1/2 hours since 1130 is now 208 same thing last time the young lady went to go look at the camera. She said I was giving a gift card. I know I used the gift card if you give it to me right then because a lot of times I forget I have a gift card And I want this resolved. They told me to contact the number on the receipt cause there’s nothing they can do in the store corporate has to take care of it. There was one time when they couldn’t find something and they said they couldn’t refund me for something broken. I said well I’m a leave it here but they take it. It does me no good taking something that you’re telling me I can’t use so why am I holding onto it then later someone print a receipt and they actually see the problem and then re-issue me whatever it is I need. I don’t know if folks strain differently. I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s just too much and I want to be refunded for headset And the controllers.
