I ordered this controller online and it arrived very quickly, so that was nice. However, when I opened the package, it appeared to be an open-box item. The box was not sealed, there were no batteries, and the associated paperwork was disheveled. So, I drove all the way to the Best Buy to exchange the controller. This defeated the whole purpose of ordering it online. The employee who helped me was friendly and the exchange went smoothly. Anyways, my son loves this controller and that's all that really matters to me.

this is my seventh controller as I have a serious anger issue when i die or lose a live in a game. This is good but depending on my anger how long this one will survive. lol sorry but not sorry.

Works as intended. If you're like me I reocmmend getting the 2 year warranty for $20 as theyll swap it with a new controller with barely any questions asked.

Worked great. The new USB-C port is great. pretty much plug and play with these things. No fuss and nice and sturdy

Been using this for PC games and its great! Plug and play! Didn't come with a cable but its easy to buy one (required if you wanna use with your pc)

Works like a charm. Haven't used the share button that much but pretty simple to use. Has good grip.

Got for a secondary unit to play with my wife on specific games. Connects to our iPad for online content, too. Seems fine.

It works good, but at box opening and using the controller, there is already a stutter on the right trigger. I was thinking of exchanging it but just accepted the fact that the new controller may have another issue. This is my second controller in 13 months.

The sticks will inevitably drift but its a good remote.

Works well. Nice bright white color. Slightly made for larger hands. Good when they go on sale.

Stick drift is prevalent on most of these controllers, might be better to spend a little more and get a gamesir, otherwise a great entry level standard controller.
