Genuine Microsoft controller, works as expected. They added a bit of texture to the material. I prefer the smooth plastic over the new feel. May want to try one before buying. The battery cover is not the same shape as the older XBox One controller, so it will not go over our aftermarket rechargeable batteries. Not a big deal, we just play without the cover on.

Works exactly like it should! Store was extremely helpful in helping me find it as it was not on the self and behind the counter.

This looks better in person than it does online. Im sure it functions well like all the other controllers but i bought it as a collectible to just look at.

Works great! Don't forget to update the controller from your Xbox settings. Mine did have an update available for it.

This controller is the finest controller in the modern gaming era. It fits very nicely in my quite large hands, and the tactile feeling of the controls are excellent.

This is, sadly, my 6th Xbox One controller. There is only one complaint. That is, the left stick always starts drifting (move when you are not pushing on the stick) after several months of use. It gets increasingly worse until it's pretty much unusable in a game. Then I would have to go out and buy another one since the Microsoft warranty on this is only 90 days. I actually could have used the warranty this time because it starts having the same problem in the second month. But I was too busy to deal with it and now it's out of warranty. I heard that this is a well-known defect, but apparently, there is no re-engineering or updates from the manufacturer.

Love this color! This is such a great controller I even use it to connect to my pc and my xbox.

It is a very nice controller but the down fall is that i onky had 4 months and its does a lot of things that it shouldnt. Obe it wandets while ur playing ur game my last one i had for a year and avhalf and didnt do this.

replacement controller for original Xbox 1 s series. only complain is trying to find a charger the battery pack cover does not fit, make sure you check chargers covers before buying the charging station.

Bought this as a gift for a friend. These new controllers are all usb c so make sure if you’re buying it for previous gen Xbox ones that you have the correct cable

Really nice upgrade from the xbox one contoller. Have had issues with the controller disconnecting at random times. Seems like a software issue. Hoping microsoft fixes this issue with an update. Just using it with a cable for now.
