We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

They are not loose, but this is the first controller I bought that had this weird squeaking noise, but overall it’s a good controller. I believe Xbox controllers are made very cheaply in general.

Battery packs fit easily, syncing with xbox is super easy. Gotta get used to the new screen shot button, but it will be nice when I do want to take actual screen shots. Colors look super cool!
