The games I'm generally into rarely have tie-ins like this so I was hyped when the was announced and ordered it immediately. Was impressed by all the little details (even inside the battery compartment) that they put into it. My preferred tie-in merchandise is stuff that looks like it came from within the universe and this really looks like a piece of equipment that might be on a Constellation ship. Very happy with it.

This controller was such a good gift for my nephew! He was happy with the color and the way it works. For sure recommend getting it!

Honestly this has been the most consistent controller I’ve gotten from Best Buy. My membership is up so I got scared when it started to not work the one night. The Xbox button would work and turn my Xbox on; other than that nothing else would. So I had to use my Xbox app to navigate. The next morning my fiancé informed me the controller was once again working. I always wondered if they fix the controllers themselves and then put them back out on the shelves or if they send them back to Microsoft and then have some sent back to keep up with the demand. Either way I would love a brand new controller that hasn’t been fixed in anyways. Just a brand spanking new controller. Other than that it has redeemed itself and is working fine now.

Not much of an upgrade in the physical aspect compared to the Xbox one controller. I know has updated features and technology but compared to the DualSense 1 for the PS5 this one nothing new. For the same price though as last Gen Xbox it's still good controller, the reason why for 5 stars still. Buttons feel good and snappy, texture maybe slightly better feeling. Overall still enjoying it. Used for my PC

A nice controller overall. The new share/record button is a nice touch. And enough out the way that you won't accidentally press it. Though I don't know what to think of the rough and porous feeling of the surface of the controller. It might aid in helping the controller from slipping out of your hand. Another note... The battery compartment cover Is different from the older Xbox one controller. So if you have a rechargeable battery pack from older controller you can't use the battery pack covers. You'll have to get covers especially for the newer series controllers. But the older battery packs will still fit! I like the controller and prefer it over the older Xbox one controller.

We always buy an extra controller. So far this one is doing great.

Great color and controller! My 8 year old loves it! The Series X controllers are a bit small for my adult hands.

Truly enjoy using this remote. Its easy on hands especially if your an intense gamer and play for hours. The color pattern so cool n vibrant.

Bought this controller when my elite Xbox controller broke on me. It works, battery life is decent , the only issue is that it occasionally stops working in the middle of play, but quickly resolved whatever issue it had
