    Customer service was amazing and super helpful and kind when buying the controller and picking best one. And when I broke it due to user error I went to geek squad and fixed it within a couple of ours after not appoint and treated me with the upmost respect.

    My son lives his. He says the new design is very nice for kid sized hands, and with the latest tech, it’s very responsive and easy to use. Nice work.

    If you are lucky enough to get your hands on a Series X you definitely have to get an extra control! New design feels great in the palms extra grippy

    My new favorite controller! Looks great, feels great, plays great. Picked up a Play and Charge kit, this is the only controller I use now. Now I just need to pick up the Ghost Cipher.

    Kids love the color and how the controller works. Using it on a windows computer and works great. Just wish it wasn’t as expensive as it is.

    The controller worked well for my grandson. He uses it daily. Having autism, he can be rather rough on his things but, the controller has remained strong.

    Xbox controllers go for even on PC gaming, but during Black Friday, this was on sale compared to other Best Buy competitors. I bought this for $40; I'm like, yes!

    Love the new Xbox X controller! New features make it a joy to use and the cool blue is very pleasing to the eye and to play with. Does not have the force feedback of the new PS5 controller but I get that through my wheel and other accessories not a controller!
