Average; but in 2021, average is actually not bad. This is the "toyota camry" or "honda accord" of game controllers; it is the standard. Dependable, durable, well made, gets the job done. There might be better controllers out there, or controllers which are better for lefties or people with unusually large or small hands (there are definitely worse controllers). But you can't go wrong with this one, it is the standard by which all others are measured.

Love the new controllers. Great textured grip, feels super comfortable in my hands. I will say I had to send one back for warranty repair because my right trigger was sticking which is why I bought this one to hold me over until the one that came with my xsx came back from repair. No issues though with this one.

Xbox controllers are always great but hate that they come out with new cool ones so often cause i feel like i have to upgrade every time lol.

The controller functions exactly as specified and the customer service representative I spoke to was extremely helpful (I called prior to leaving to confirm they had a controller in stock) and courteous.
