Customer service is always terrific. Never have one bad attitude always happy and smiles and joyful people when I go and purchase an item and willing to explain each item when I need questions answered so thank you for your customer service And will be seeing you again soon

It feels like an upgrade with my Series X because of the grip improvements and slightly smaller size. I'm over 6' tall with pretty big hands and I like this controller better than the last version.

The sensitivity of the control sticks, response time of the buttons, ease of grip, and overall convenience of use were all ideal.

Carbon controller

Much nicer then previous models and it has a dry carbon appearance which not only looks cool but feels better in your hands. I had the same controller from years ago and upgraded it and this new one was much better. Just wish they were cheaper!

What's there really to say. It fits well in my hands, set up is easy (I would hope it would be, considering Microsoft made it for their own console), and I appreciate the color options.
