Just bought this for my son to play on his new Xbox and he loves it. No sticking buttons and the ease of movement with the sticks makes him feel like a pro on fornite.

Excellent controller, got it for my daughter for Christmas and he loved it.

I've never really been a console gamer but decided to get an XBOX Series X. This controller works great, I mean it's from MS so it better. I do like the texture but for the price can't beat it.

This remote works great. Best Buy delivered to me faster than Amazon’s would have. It works on my charging cradle and battery packs I had. I love my new controller.

For the price it is a decent Product, I wish Microsoft would invest in fixing the Stick Drift issues but Best Buy always has a replacement in stock so I'd say Best Buy is great.

Great color. I would prefer to see the same color when connecting the controller to the xbox, it is shown with black color. Do not forget to update its firmware.

This controller is a worthwhile upgrade to the previous edition controller. It has diagonals on the d-pad, so if you're into street fighting games and have to perform motions that require diagonals, get this version instead of the previous one. It also has better grips on the back and on the thumb sticks. The functionality is pretty much the same, but it's just a bit more comfortable to hold and play with. The color is beautiful and nice to look at when you pick it up. It also works great on PC on Steam and other platforms. Recommended!

Amazing looking controller, bought this for my brother and this controller is just fantastic looking, everything from the faceplate to the clear triggers makes this a great looking controller.

Everywhere states this is compatible with Win7, and indeed it works while plugged in with Win7, but wireless does not work. Every Win7 driver that once existed has been purged from the internet. Microsoft desperately trying to push Win10 by falsely not supporting (and yet claiming support for) Win7. Good controller though, more comfortable than my logitech, just a shame it is gimped by the push for a terrible OS.

The controller is already comfortable enough , but adding that rubber grip got me feeling a different way. The astral purple color is just a bonus. 10/10 would recommend

My son LOVES it! The color is different in a very cool way. No issues with it, and he plays with them daily. Always good to get XBOX products thru Best Buy, on sale and especially with Total Tech!

The new XBox controllers are awesome. They are a bit smaller and fit nicely in my hand. They have a more "etched" plastic on the grips giving it a more comfortable feel. The controls are accurate and the new screen cap button is nice too. Its a decent upgrade from what was a good controller to begin with.

Just so you all no I game a lot like call of duty 6 hours a day so I press the buttons rapid and hard for long periods at a timeThere some good things about this controller it is not junk but there are also bad things too. So good things are, I like how it was built and the shape of the controller, the way it feels in my hands, and how the sticks feel. Also I like the look of the controller and the new D-pad design. Also the price your getting a series x controller for the same price as the Xbox one x. I also like it’s a nice wireless controller with a 3.5mm jack no more adapter. Now for the issues there are definitely some software or chip issues because randomly in call of duty my buttons will stop working and my character will just run off randomly and I can’t stop it but taking out the batteries. Also these controllers do not fit any other Xbox one battery packs(and cover) you have to go out and buy the series x battery packs with covers. And also I’ve only had it for two months I don’t no if it’s going to last. If you get it definitely get the WARRANTYYY... honestly if I could go back I would spend the extra 50 dollars on the Xbox wolverine tournament edition controller. Always get warranty on Xbox controllers. But if you are on a budget then just get the original Xbox one controller or the Xbox one S. I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. She loved the finish and uses it regularly. The product works as advertised and without issues.

Yknow, it’s not as advanced as the ps5 controller, but man you’ve gotta applaud Xbox for pretty much finding a winning design straight off the bat and pretty much sticking to it. It’s the perfect size, shape, and the new directional pad is perfect. I don’t need them to change it up, it’s perfect how it is.
