Nice improvement over the base xbox one controller I'd been using, mostly because of the grips on it. Would recommend buying with rechargeable battery and usb c cable.

Great controller to add to collection, wont be used very often as i collect xbox controllers. Was on sale at the time of purchase.

Love the feel of the new remote! The controls feel so much more crisp! New controller needs a new charging cable as it is not the same as the previous versions, but definitely worth picking up.

Xbox controller bought March 2 2021 . Still works so far

I will only buy my controllers from Best Buy. Every time I’ve tried to save a few bucks going through Amazon there has been defects. Shipped and arrived in the blink of an eye.

Connected right to my Xbox with no problems at all. Buttons don't stick, and joysticks move fluidly.

Great replacement for broken Xbox controller. Plug and play... it's just that easy and it work great.

Its very light compare to older versions, doesn't have technological features but who needs that, is a controller!

This is your run-of-the-mill Xbox controller it is texturized at the handles it’s quiet and feels it’s good quality there’s nice snap back on the triggers they’re short throw triggers as well this control comes with an extra button to screen capture it’s not that big of a deal.

So I have discovered that they (Microsoft) is not building the new controllers like they use to. FOR THE FIRST TIME, my XBOX controllers are failing after about a year. The left thumbstick has failed (this is usually used for sprinting in all FPS games). My old XB1 controllers still work when these new ones have failed! Also, i notice that the ABXY buttons "stick" causing a double tap which is annoying when you are writing a search. I also think that at this point, there should be some rubber around the handles for more comfortable feel but that is reserved for the premium controllers. The capture button is nice but MICROSOFT put zero thought into their controller versus the PS5 an even the SWITCH controller. BUY THE INSURANCE IF YOU BUY THIS!!!

Just a perfect controller. Really good ergonomics. My favorite controller out of the 3 major gaming consoles.

Excellent controller already but the bare minimum upgrades from XB1 gen is massive. Like the ridges and the d pad. When on sale this is perfect. Wish I had a next gen console to test for latency and stuff.
