Gamer-Mom Approved
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It functions just like an xbox controller should. The action buttons seem a little extra springy, but I kind of like the feel. The real advantage to this control, as a gaming mother in a house full of //boys//, is that I no longer find my controller covered in the slime and grime that is the adolescent males inability to carry out fuctions of basic hygiene, and their insistent need to eat PB&Js and play Lego Batman at the same time. It all still happens, just not on this pink hodge-podge of craziness. So, 100% approve of this controller and it's crazy coloring. It says, "That's mom's."

Changes aren’t a revelation, but satisfying.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.XBOX controller 2020 version. I changed my mouse to a G502 to get a sniper button. It was like the G900 I also use so easy to make the change. Now I looked at my XBOX controller. Is the newer version better? What can you say about a controller that seems so unchanged? Plenty more than I thought. The size is inconsequentially smaller. You’ll forget it ten minutes into a game as the usefulness takes over. What could be more useful on this thing? The four-position rocker is now a CIRCULAR affair verses a STAR shaped affair. That’s not really the big deal. What is, is the FEEL of the rocker is now much, much more precise and give great tactile feedback in long game sessions. Play RDR2? Ya, you know what I mean when you use this feature over and over. The shoulder switches also are improved inside. The FEEL is again way better, with a positive CLICK. This isn’t as pronounces as the 4-way toggle, but it is still better. The controller has much better texture on the surface for better GRIP in gaming. This seems superfluous but it isn’t if you play more than an hour. It really helps in fighting games like Devil May Cry series or the Shadow of Mordor series where stuff is quick and tactical feel is important. The trigger’s are a different but inconsequential shape change and more same, same. No real detriment that they stayed near the same. Feel and precision isn’t different to me in use. That’s good as it was OK before. The added screen picture button is place below the other two standard buttons, so if it is of use great. If not, no harm no foul. The new button isn’t in the way but it is easy to get to if you use the screen capture feature. The finish is now a matte color in black verses a more shiny surface. Just different. Joy sticks seem identical with the anemic center press “click” being the worst tactile feel of all switches but...you get used to it. So that's it. More than I expected and they did make it better without messing something up that was working. That’s not actually hard to do, break what seemed OK before. They took a risk and it worked. The changes aren’t a revelation, but they are satisfying.

Best Color Controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn’t know I needed a pink Xbox controller until I held one—and now my old black one just feels… emotionally unavailable. The color pops without being too loud, and the matte finish gives it a smooth, premium feel. It’s got that classic Xbox comfort, responsive buttons, and solid grip—even during sweaty final-circle moments in Warzone. Bonus: it adds just the right touch of “I game, but make it fashion.”

Improvement, but not ground breaking.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the slightly reworked Series controller. I recently purchased the XBO, blue controller from last gen..And this gen's XSX-S blue controller, and I really like the darker tones blue with a splash of white on the bottom side. Once you pick the new controller up, you'll instantly notice the grip on the triggers, bumpers, and handles....The D pad is re-worked, and an added share button. When holding both last and this gen's controllers at the same time..I noticed the build quality was better on the new one...more so towards the Elite controller...It felt less cheap like the old one. I 've always like the Xbox controller because it fit my big hands...The new controller isn't ground breaking at all, just a little nip there and a tuck there...

Improving on an already Good Design
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since, the Xbox 360 days, Xbox controllers have been the gold standard in my view of controller design. The Series X controller is an evolution rather than a revolution, adding texture to key grip points and improving the dpad. It also adds a share button for the sharing functionality on the console. Overall, I have no complaints, and using the Series X controller with my old Microsoft USB adapter on my PC worked without a hitch. Definite recommend for anyone who wants to refresh their peripheral.

Pc controller
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Controller Ever – Xbox Wireless Controller is Perfection! I’ve been using my Xbox Wireless Controller for months now, and it’s easily the best gaming controller I’ve ever owned. The ergonomic design fits perfectly in my hands, with textured grips that prevent slipping even during intense sessions. Buttons are responsive, triggers feel precise, and the D-pad is spot-on for fighting games or menus. Connectivity is seamless – pairs instantly with my Xbox Series X, PC, and even phone for cloud gaming. Battery life lasts ages (up to 40 hours!), and the share button makes capturing clips a breeze. The hybrid D-pad and improved thumbsticks make every game feel more immersive and accurate. Compared to older controllers or competitors, this one wins on comfort, build quality, and features. Whether playing FPS, racing, or RPGs, it elevates the experience. Highly durable too – no stick drift after heavy use! If you’re gaming on Xbox or PC, this is a must-have. Worth every penny – absolute 5 stars!

Great controller for PC gaming as well as Xbox
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller for PC gaming and I presume for XBOX as well. The texture on the hand grips definitely helps with keeping the controller stable during those intense firefights. The control sticks feel comfortable and don't require a lot of movement to direct. The new d-pad is definitely a step up from the older XBOne d-pad. I've been using this since early November for primarily 3rd person shooters and racing games. The difference in input response in wireless mode versus plugged in is negligible. I do like that Microsoft built this controller with USB-C for the connector. The only real complaint I have is that the controller still doesn't have a built-in rechargeable battery. So you'll need to get rechargable for this if you don't want to be replacing alkalines. Also, the purple shimmer effect on the shell is absolutely amazing. Pros: -Comfortable rubber textured grips -Comfortable rubber textured sticks -Improved d-pad -USB-C connector for wired play and charging on some battery packs. -Works on Xbox One, Series S and X, and PC. -Bluetooth connection is stable on Windows 11 Cons -No built-in battery pack, will need to buy rechargeables or invest heavily in alkalines depending on play time.

Great controller for PC gaming
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works exactly as intended and has that crisp, snappy xbox feel I know and love from my teen years. Paired flawlessly with my PC, unlike years past where an xbox was required for firmware updates. Process was easy this go around :) I chose this over the elite series because despite the elite series feeling ASTOUNDING in hand, with tension control etc, eventually the joysticks will drift. It's just a hardware limitation and inevitable. I agree with using the hardware they do; it is better while it lasts. But I cannot justify a controller at 3x the cost for how casually I personally utilize one. If they ever make the controller module based or easily home repairable and sell replacement parts, I'm in. But for now I am very happy with this guy! The clear plastic is extremely nostalgic for me; reminds me of my OG xbox controller S in transparent green :)
